I'm writing from Las Vegas We had a problem with our gate openers and had quite a bit of trouble finding anyone to service gate openers I called several garage door companies through Angie's List and was referred to Kaiser My first contact was with *** What a pleasure to find a knowledgeable and courteous gentleman He came out to our home, assessed and diagnosed the problem with our openers Unfortunately, one side was beyond repair He e-mailed me the next morning with options and quotes When the openers arrived, he called and set up an appointment to come out for the installation After installation, a slight adjustment needed to be made I texted him and he came out, made the necessary adjustments We are very happy with the service and with our new openers We will happily refer anyone with auto gates to Kaiser and specifically *** He is a great representative for Kaiser Gates He gets an 'atta boy' and a 'thumbs up' from us!
While moving into our new home I unfortunately backed into our garage doorSince Kaiser installed the door initially we contacted Kaiser for the repairContacted on a Friday we were scheduled for the repair the following Tuesday - 11am to 3pmOn Tuesday morning Ramon called at o'clock saying he would be here within an hourHe arrived promptly at 10:and went straight to work and within minutes had all three panels replaced - door looking like new againHe was polite, pleasant and a good workerWould certainly use Kaiser again
My automatic driveway gate started opening and then would stop responding after partially opening Signal Gate was the repair company that had worked on it in the past Signal wanted to replace my whole system Told me that they couldn't work on my system because it was too old I called Kaiser and the salesman Billy was incredibly friendly and helpful He connected me with a technician and the Tech helped my troubleshoot the issue over the phone Finally I gave up trying to fix it myself, and so I asked the Kaiser technician to come out The Technician's name was Buddy He fault diagnosed the issue to a shorted wire inside of the control arm Clipped the bad wire out and spliced it back together Fixed! All it cost me was one hour of Buddy's time Nice to have an honest technician these days Thanks Buddy! I recommend Kaiser for their honest and thorough review of your repair needs

Yesterday, when I attempted to open the smaller of my two overhead garage doors, both controlled by Liftmaster openers there was a very loud bang, and then "nothing". The door would not budge even after I disengaged the drive mechanism. A close neighbor recommended Kaiser. They were so right. It was same day service and [redacted] their technician, arrived within the hour. Not only was he prompt and courteous, he was a real expert, and replaced the broken spring along with a badly damaged sprocket. all in slightly less than an hour. I would highly recommend Kaiser Garage Doors both for their service as well as their expertise.

After many years if use, the spring on our large garage doors gave way. Kaiser was the only company in town who could do the repair. The repairman showed up promptly, made repairs quickly and did a thorough inspection.
Job was handled well and explained well. [redacted] also lubricated the garage door as a bonus. Phone receptionists were also very helpful no informative.
We were having difficulty with our garage door closing. The company responded in a timely fashion and sent a repairman who diagnosed the problem. A return appointment was arranged within a few days and a new door opener was installed.
