A refund transaction was processed on Jan 10, 2018 in the amount of $50 to my credit card and I was given a credit card and company receipt. After 7 business days had passed, I did not received the credit amount onto my credit card account. I contacted Concord Parking and they indicated that there was a "delay in sending the terminal records" and that my refund should be received by the following week. After 2 weeks had passed and still not receiving the credit on my credit card account, I reached out for an update to the status of my refund and to escalate the issue to management. I waited a full week and have not been replied to. All of my calls are unanswered. It has now been over 1 month since the company issued me a receipt for my refund.

I have spent the morning investigating and have discussed this complaint with one of the managers. It appears one of our representatives tried to process the refund from our terminal to an *** card, which we cannot do - therefore the refund did not go through. We can certainly issue a cheque for the refund instead. This was an error on our part, for which we extend our sincere apologies.

I parked at Station Square and recieved a ticket. I went online and disputed that ticket on the Concord Parking website mid-January, but the appeal was denied. Concord informed me to find a valid reciept from shopping from Station Square which I now have found, however their website will not allow me to upload it so Concord Parking can complete my resolution. The citation number is ***. The appeal number is ***.

Judgment Decision Description: The free parking at Station Square begins when you first arrive on site and does not reset or stop if you leave the property. There is up to 3hrs of free parking time available on the lower levels of the parkade. Please note, any person witnessed parking their vehicle and walking off site will be subject to a monetary fine as this shopping facility is for patrons only. Please submit a shopping receipt for that day and we can look into this at that time. Thank you,"

I have forwarded the receipt via email to*** at the Revdex.com Dispute Resolution Department.

It shows a Station Square *** receipt from November 22, 2017.

Like I had previously responded, it was a first time infraction on November 22, 2017. The parking lot was almost empty since Black Friday sales would be two days later. I was not aware that there was a three hour time limit. Had signage been more adequate, I would have left at the allotted time. Kindly cancel my ticket and balance owing.
