I ordered a suit on the 15th of December, and paid for 2-day shipping. I was told it was in stock, and would ship about two weeks later. I called in regards to the holiday, and was told it would arrive ship out by the 28th. I called when it did not arrive that week, and was informed it would arrive on the following Tuesday. I called when it did not arrive, and they informed me it would be another week before the item shipped. I was then told it would be sent next day air; it has been 3 days, still nothing.
Review: I placed an order (Order #[redacted]) on October 31st and paid for said items on October 31st 2015. The items ship date varied from November 1st to December 15. After receiving the first item the other 3 items were never delivered until 3 phone calls and 5 weeks after the promised ship date in writing. However, one item has still not been shipped to me even though I have a promise in writing that it would be delievered December 30th, 2015 via next day air. The person who guaranteed me these items in writing after more than one month of delay was [redacted] who is a general manager.Desired Settlement: If the company does not deliver on time as promised it should be liable for interest payment on the uncollated payment for which I made. For failure of delivery of goods and services past a guarantee date those liability holders should be treated as a general creditor pursuant to US GAAP accounting standards. Therefore using a CCC credit rating uncollateralized interest charge of 22.5% pursuant to act/360 discount standards, Combatant Gent is liable to deliver all goods that are delayed to its customer in addition to interest on the notional amount of payment received in advance for the period past guarantee date to ALL of its customers.

Review: In February, I ordered the [redacted] micro windowpane wide spread collared shirt from this online business. I subsequently returned the shirt for a replacement in the regular fit size. On March 31st, I emailed the company to inquire as to the status of the replacement shirt. The company did not respond.I again emailed on April 10th. The company finally responded on April 30th. Its representative asked for the shirt size and offered to send it out as soon as possible. I immediately provided the size. The shirt never came.On May 16th, I again contacted the company regarding the replacement shirt. To date, I have received no response and the shirt has not been replaced.Desired Settlement: I would like for the shirt I returned to be replaced in the requested size. In the alternative, I would like to be refunded the cost of the shirt.

Review: I ordered a suit by this company in February. Received it in March and needed to return in for a larger size and color. It is now middle May and I have not received my suit or a exchange of money after calling and emailing the company several times.Desired Settlement: I would just like the money I gave them for a product I never received, to be returned to me. I believe the amount was $160.00

ID #[redacted] (Order #[redacted])
I placed my first order online on Combatant Gentlemen’s website, https://combatgent.com/, where I found good looking suits and was ecstatic my sizes were available. Those who know their products know that they are often out of sizes due to high demand. One of the two suits I ordered went on sale the next morning (less than 12-hours), which I felt was a good opportunity to call and see if they would honor the new price of the suit. My size was available when it was on sale so I would think that my request is valid to honor the new sale price. I waited over 25-minutes so I decided to hang up and send an email. [redacted], a customer service representative, responded in less than 24-hours and informed me that Combatant Gentlemen cannot modify the order since the package is already awaiting pick up from UPS. I do not understand how the delivery of the package had anything to do with honoring the cost of the discounted price. I sent a follow up email stating the shipment should not affect honoring the price. [redacted] continued to respond that Combatant Gentlemen cannot change the order. I believe there is an easy solution, but Combatant Gentlemen chooses to make this process difficult for customers. I can easily return my order and re-order the suit at the discounted price, but it wastes both my time and company’s time. Combatant Gentlemen needs focus more on customer service and how to treat their customers.
