Hello,The double charge you are showing is actually an authorization, meaning that the charge did not complete. If the funds are still being held by your financial institution please give them the code [redacted]. This is an authorization release code. We never received the funds, as they are still being held by the card so I have no way to refund them. That code should be able to get the card company to release the money. They should pay back the overdraft fees when they realize this was a double authorization and not at the fault of you, the customer. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Firstly my bank card was not rejected by my bank, there is more than enough funds to cover the purchase and I purchase online regularly. Secondly the purchase was supposed to be a total of 19.99 . Secondly as shown verbatim in my initial complaint the agreement on the payment page said "future purchases" not "payment of a remaining balance on the current purchase". Clearly there is a big difference in the wording for an agreement to pay the balance on a product and an agreement which allows you to automatically put purchases through on my pay pal account so either you don't understand the difference or you are just trying to cover up your companies very unethical and possibly illegal business practices. I tried to purchase from more than one site and each time had the same results. Hello,We issued two refunds for $690.62 for a total of $1381.24. One refund was already issued on 6/30/15 and the other was refunded on 8/18/15. As I stated the refunds will post within 3-5 business days of the date we refunded them, but may not post on the same date. It really just depends on when your card company processes them. The refund for $315.56 was issued to your PayPal account on 8/18/15. PayPal refunds only take 48 hours to process. Did you also need a refund for the purchase you made on on 8/20/15 for http://www.surefire-trading.com/ezGprodurl.php for $103.06? Please let me know.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Clickbank can and has withdrawn monthly payments thru the exact same credit card and paypal accounts which I am attempting to use to purchase another product thru Clickbank. I merely want to purchase an ebook that I need. This just doesn't make sense in regards to withdrawals from the exact same accounts which I am trying to use to purchase. How does this happen? There is possibly an IT issue here or even an issue involving cookies. As a consumer, I always appreciate any system or business with fraud management. Nobody wants to give their credit card information to a fraudulent source. I am merely getting a "cookie cutter" response from Clickbank in addressing the problem. The fact is that Clickbank can track my computer according to information posted on your website. Surely I am not the only person having issues with your website. There is a plethora of complaints thru the Revdex.com and internet Rip Off Report. Some people don't compain. Please have your IT people at least look at the issues at hand for the benefit of authors and consumers using your service to sell the own or purchase other ebooks.

You can actually change the $100 threshold by logging into your account and into the payment settings where you list your wire information. That setting is controlled by the client, not by ClickBank. This is in our Accounting Policy as well as the Client Contract. We do require affirmation stating you have read through the Client Contract before opening your ClickBank Account and also anytime it is updated, before you are allowed to log in. You also had the option to request your account be flushed, or change your payment threshold at anytime, which it also shows on the Paychecks section of your account.
