Hello,OUr Accounting Policy is clearly defined in your Client Contract as well as in the Accounting Policy link found in your Account. ok , lets assume I did not respect their terms . but I made sales , and by terminating my account they will keep the money that they had to send to me . and that is ot fair .

if the sales did not respect your terms , they and me are not valid , u terminate me and refund sales .

The response of Clickbank is the typical reaction of Clickbank employees to complaints: A gotcha attitude and letter. The response is weak in resolution efforts and strong in arrogance. The worst response a business can make in a situation like this is to trot out the 'you signed for it' argument.I am not complaining about what I signed or did not sign but about the business practices of Clickbank:1. To implement payment rules that make it unduly difficult to get payment of commissions,2. Convoluted accounting reports designed to obfuscate matters,3. The condescending approach to conflict resolution.Clickbank violates fair business practices in dealing with its affiliates. Clickbank tops it of with arrogant, condescending letters that are supposed to resolve a dispute.In the current case Clickbank has addressed the complaint about unreasonable and unfair business practices/provisions at all. Moreover, it reinforces unfair and objectionable business practices and codes but pointing at contract provisions that are actually the point of the complaint.In conclusion: My complaint forced Clickbank to reveal its true attitude towards affiliates as one of disrespect and unfair dealing. Clickbank rules and practices are written to take unfair advantage of affiliates. This is clearly demonstrated in dozens of similar complaints on 'ripoff' and 'scam' warning websites.Since such complaints usually elicit a quick, arrogant response from Clickbank, I have to conclude that the company uses a team of employees exclusively to address such reports.No use dealing with an unfair, smart aleck outfit like Clickbank.Consider this complaint as closed but not resolved.[redacted]PS:Is it surprising that it is nearly impossible to find on the Clickbank affiliate site how to close/terminate a contractual relationship? No, not to me.

Hello,As I explained in my last statement, this is wording on PayPal's Page not ClickBank's. Please take a moment to look at the browser address bar where the URL to the website you are on is stored. As you can see while on the page with that statement, it says "PayPal", not "ClickBank". PayPal is simply informing you that you can store that information for future purchases. It is not telling you to make future purchase or that you are going to be rebilled. If you are not happy with the wording on PayPal's website, please contact PayPal as ClickBank does not have access to that. Best
