Mike & Seth were wonderful. Very kind, thorough, and compassionate as I just lost a dear family member recently. They even offered to carry some things to the car for me. The Cinder Box is fortunate to have customer focused employees.

We were so impressed with Cinder Box, even from our very first interaction with them over the phone. The are courteous, professional, helpful and go above and beyond in their customer service. We had an issue that needed to be addressed in regards to an inspection on a house we were selling. They came out, were friendly and thorough in investigating the issue and making sure everything was up to code and didn?t charge us for coming out. Wow! We would definitely call them again for future needs!
