Seth arrived on time. My fireplace had not been used in years. He cleaned it, made sure it was operating correctly and safe to use. The best part was that he took the time to explain the units operation and to make sure I felt comfortable with its operation. Professional and very courteous.

The certified technician was friendly and informative. He took time to carefully inspect our fireplace issues. We would definitely use them in the future.
