I ordered a t-shirt and received a confirmation. Then, no shipping information, no acknowledgment of USPS pickup. The lack of information means I will not order from this company again. Would give them zero stars and I'll dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Ordered two tee shirts - received order but size looked small when received (I normally wear a size large but ordered XL to be safe). Washed the tee shirts and they shrunk down to a medium size - quality of material is really low for a $25 tee shirt. Their return policy for wrong size says can't return item if washed and they are looking for you to pay a restocking charge and all shipping costs - do not order from this company - I should have checked the reviews - session learned.

wish I would have read these reviews first :( Ordered 1 month ago and havnet received any shipping information. NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE AN EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM... I am out $50 - and a birthday gift that was never received. Super disappointing...

It’s very SAD when you place and order to help a business during this unprecedented times and in return you get NO response on the item you “thought” you had ordered! On May 7th I ordered a Tshirt for my son’s 13th Birthday...I have sent multiple messages to them via Etsy and customer service..No response at all!

Do not buy from this company! I do as well believe it’s a SCAM!

Really?! There is no way to contact this company. That is unbelievable. Well if the tee shirt is not here after 3 weeks I will be going through my credit card company to contest this sale. If I had know this at the beginning I would never have ordered.

I ordered four T-shirts on May 6th and promptly received an order confirmation and statement that shipping information would follow. No follow-up and no/no way to get in touch with them on their home page or "contact us" page. Their ad was on YouTube; YouTube needs to yank them pronto. I'd give them zero stars. I ordered a women’s medium and they sent me a medium, but it would fit a small child.
Then this is what you have to go through to get the right size.

Our return/exchange policy:

We don't offer refunds at this time.
We do offer exchanges for orders placed on chummytees.com if you want the same design on a different size of the same item.
You are responsible for a 10% restocking fee, shipping costs, any applicable taxes associated with returning items, lost/mis-mailed packages you are returning to us, and the re-shipment of new items to you.
Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Replacements will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused
Save the tracking number when sending us a package of items to exchange in case proof is needed of mailing.
There is a limit of one exchange per order. (e.g. no replacements for replacements)
We will not re-ship returned items for any reason.
We only offer exchanges for customers in the US at this time.
The majority of returned shirts will be donated to help the less fortunate in Northern California.
How to exchange (3 steps):

Figure out what items/sizes you need.
Use the size chart found on any product page. (After selecting the style/color you want, the chart will automatically update for that style/color)
Place a special order for the replacement items.
Follow the instructions here.
Return your items needing exchanged.
Somewhere clearly visible on the outside of the package, write RMA:XXXXX where the X's is your order number. You can find this in the order confirmation email you should have received from us.
Do not send via FEDEX.Packages sent via FEDEX will not be accepted.
Be sure to have your FULL NAME on the "from" address.

I ordered 2 shirts for my Dad’s 75th birthday. His birthday has come and gone and still no shirt. I cannot find a way to contact them. Their website has no way to contact them. I just want my money back. $50 down the drain.

Only it never was received by the recipient.There is NO phone number or email address to contact them about a problem. Think this is just a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Would give them zero stars, a $30 lesson learned.

I placed an order weeks ago and received a postal label/tracking number the same day I placed the order. I continue to check with USPS daily and it has never even been sent by ChummyTees, nor picked up by USPS. The ChummyTees website says shirt tracking should show up within 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number via email. Well, almost two weeks later, there is no update. They have no email or phone number to contact them if you have issues. Fraud.

Questioned order and expected delivery date seven days after order placed and was informed by email that my order was cancelled and I could shop elsewhere.

I ordered a hoodie, got a crappy t-shirt instead. This company obviously operates on the cheap and counts on not having to deal with the public, no refunds, nothing but involved internet links to complain . . . if you need a t-shirt find a local place you trust because this outfit overcharges, underachieves.

Wow, am I glad I checked the reviews on this company....I was just getting ready to place a multiple shirt order for a family reunion planned for this summer (if the virus cooperates by disappearing)...After reading every comment being extremely negative its more than one or two disgruntled customers...Thanks everyone for bringing this scam to light...

I ordered a shirt for my fiance, and it arrived about a week or two later than promised, but still in time for Valentine's Day (I ordered early!). He loved the funny saying on the front. The size was a bit larger than I hoped. Because of chemicals used in clothing manufacturing, it's always best to wash the clothes that are next to your skin before you wear them. AFTER THE FIRST WASHING, half of the hem came undone. I emailed them, attaching a clear photo of what happened and nicely saying that I understand that variables can happen in inventory, so I kindly asked for another and to inform me of the process for return of defective merchandise. No response. Waited 2 weeks, sent the email again. No response. Third time, no response. After reading all of these complaints, perhaps I should be thankful that there was no response, rather than the rude and disrespectful responses that others have gotten. I wish there was a way to warn people. I am just going to count the $30ish a loss. Never again.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought the shirt. After receiving a damaged shirt, I looked at reviews and noted 5000, 5 star reviews on their website...which no one has legitimately. Their poor customer service on our issue made their reviews even less likely. Below was their response for our damaged shirt:

"Thanks for sending over the photo. We do not send free replacements for customer damaged shirts. Those holes indicate that the package was opened with a sharp item and not a manufacturing defect. If you need a new shirt, you are free to order a new one at full price. Our returns policy is found in the footer of the website which you can read at your pleasure."

I'll join with my disappoint with this company. Of note, I saw amazon took them off their webpage.

I ordered a t shirt on dec 11th. . 2 weeks ago they asked for another 4 dollars for shipping. I paid it. It’s Jan 31 and still no t shirt. Do not order from them

Chummy Tees sent a size small when I ordered XL. The quality of the tee shirt is low and the printing appears to be crosshatched, not solid. Chummy Tees does not offer refunds so I’m just going to throw out the shirt I received. Hopefully you’ll have better luck with them than I did.

TERRIBLE! sizing is way off and you cannot exchange or return. I AM FURIOUS!

They have no email or phone number to contact them if you have issues. The phone number on the internet is disconnected and the address is not a business, but someone's home address. They've either gone out of business, continuing to take people's money, or this is just a scam altogether and will continue taking fake orders until they get caught. Please stop these people!

T-shirt is crap...material almost see-through it's so THIN...printing is blotchy looking and barely readable! I ordered xl and received a small...not going to waste my time trying to exchange after reading these reviews!
