Chummy Tees

Horrible. It’s an online store that doesn’t let you exchange the items with out paying shipping to get back to them, 8% restocking fee (what ever that is), and shipping back to me. The size chart online is in accurate. The shirt I purchased should have been big enough but when it came in it was tight, and I haven’t even washed it yet. All I wanted was to exchange for a larger size. The cost to do that is the same as buying a whole other shirt! If your going to charge that much for a cheap shirt at an online store, you should offer easy exchanges.

A simple I'm sorry, I can't help you or no response at all would have been better than what we got. Site says to message with any questions but when we ask very nicely about shipping time and if we could expedite it anymore he chewed us out for messaging him. Then he told us we didnt deserve special treatment because we messaged him and told us to take our business elsewhere. It was so crazy. Then blocked us all because we ask 1 simple question about the ship time. Rediculouse customer service. We were so nice and just ask a question and the response we got is just shocking. Never seen anything like it. Zero star

Total rip-off! First seen their T’s on *** and Loved their humor and playful T’s! Totally fell for the buy 2 or more and get free shipping! I ordered the women’s T’s (which really should be children’s T’s because of how incredibly small sized they are) and had to return to get men’s sizes to fit my usual medium sized women’s T-shirt size! So I paid the return shipping and they charged me shipping to get back to me the exchanged original transaction of purchased T’s! So I really
Paid $70 dollars for 2 T’s from Chummy Tees with buy 2 and get free shipping! I emailed them repeatedly asking for them to be fair! I paid shipping to return to them for the exchange that at least they could pay for the shipping back to me! I never heard from them! So my 2 T’s for $47 dollars turned into $70 and the 1st time I washed my expensive Chummy Tees’s both of the T’ees seams came unraveled! Total rip-off! Don’t buy from them! Crappy quality and total misadvertised and overpriced shipping for exchanges!

Wow, I just received my package today. I have never paid $25 for such a crummy quality t shirt. The feel of the t shirt itself along with the print quality is pitiful. I wonder how it will hold up to washing. And no wonder, it was made in Haiti??!!
Crummy Tee!

I received a defective shirt and followed the directions on their website (provide pictures of the defective areas). I received an e-mail response that said my shirt is not defective, and I should just cut off the hanging threads. That is insulting.
The shirt looks like it will fall apart after its first wash. Chummy Tees has the most unprofessional "customer service" department. This company doesn't seem to care about its customers. In fact, it goes out of its way to be unhelpful and condescending.
I should have known that a company without a phone number or e-mail information should be one to avoid. The shirts are not cheap, and I feel this is one big scam.

Ordered two weeks ago and no shipping yet. Contacted 12 times via social media, as they have no phone or email for customer service. No response to 12 requests for assistance. Very dissappointed.

I ordered three shirts from Chummy Tees, which the post office says were delivered, but they weren't. When I contacted Chummy Tees, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They did not offer to replace the shirts, or even contact *** to check on the order. They wanted to charge me again to reship, PLUS a restocking fee -- but there was nothing to restock.
Customer service extremely poor. They don't behind their products or shipping.

I ordered 5 Adult size T-Shirts from this company ( one was a size 2XL!). The shirts are funny and of good quality, but they use the FREE shipping supplies from the Post Office. (I’m very familiar with these products because I have used them myself for business purposes. But I stopped using the cheap envelopes and “upgraded” to their boxes to protect my merchandise much better.)
For my order from Chummy Tees, they actually put those 5 ADULT SIZE shirts into a flimsy *** envelope with the dimensions of 9.5 X 12.5!!! I couldn’t believe it! (They were too cheap to use A BOX because it costs more to mail.) The envelope they sent was actually BULGING to say the least, and it looked as if it were about to “pop” open!
One shirt (4th in the pile of 5) had a tear in it. I contacted via email what they call “Customer Help” and I included pictures. “Customer Help” (DID NOT LEAVE THEIR NAME ON ANY CORRESPONDENCE WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) responded and said that it looked like I had damaged the product when opening the package. But that person (no name anywhere, again) said they would still replace the shirt. I was DELIGHTED (it’s a funny shirt!) and I told him/her that I am ALWAYS EXTRA CAREFUL NOW when I open those kinds of envelopes. I know and understand what he/she was referring to because YEARS AGO I did exactly what he/she was describing: I once damaged a dress (from another company) because I wasn’t very careful when I opened the envelope. My message was that I HAD LEARNED MY LESSON and am NOW always EXTRA careful when opening packages.
Wow! - I can hardly explain what happened next. I received a nasty, horrible email that opened with “Are you kidding?” and continued (I quote): “It looks very much like you (were) trying to scam us.” I was absolutely shocked at what he/she was accusing me of! Again, this shirt was 4th in a pile of 5, AND I OPENED THE CHEAP ENVELOPE FROM THE TOP. I am an honest person, and I TRULY don’t think I did the damage (having LEARNED my lesson before!). To be accused of trying to SCAM a company out of ONE T-shirt when I ordered 5 for Christmas gifts is completely . . . RIDICULOUS (for lack of a better word.) I’m actually speechless when I try to describe how I felt after dealing with this person who was accusing me something so HORRIBLE.
Before this, I had ended my last email to them with (quote): “But, if you will send me another, I will greatly appreciate it, I will order more shirts in the future, and I will brag on your customer service. Thanks so much for helping me resolve this problem - as I am so excited about the gift.
Thank you again!”
Their response was to accuse me of SCAMMING THEM?!
Their “Customer Help” should be renamed the “Insult and Stupid Accusation Department.”
BUYER BEWARE: Their products are good quality, but NOTHING in the world is worth being treated as I was.
And, READ THEIR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING!” Even if all of this hadn’t happened, I now wouldn’t buy ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY because of their policy. Have a Return? You are in for a LOT OF WORK AND FEES (YOU PAY ALL POSTAGE - ALL POSTAGE: EVEN THAT OF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM BEING SENT TO YOU, PLUS A “RESTOCK FEE”.)
I will never, ever order anything from this company again, and I warn anyone who plans to do so!
I THINK THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. TOU CAN’T FIND ANY INFORMATION ON THEM EXCEPT FOR AN ADDRESS IN CA. NO NAMES (EVER) ARE USED IN CORRESPONDENCES, MANAGEMENT IS LISTED NOWHERE. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a t-shirt for my father after seeing a social media post for Chummy Tees. The shirt was ordered ground shipping and was received in two weeks. The shirt is wrinkled as if it had been crumpled up and has two stains on it as if it's been worn. I was trying to find contact information and email them and cannot find anything.

The t-shirts ridiculously small, I got a large size , all my t shirts are large and I usually try to shrink them. This t shirt fit my 7 year old. I mean the sizing chart is totally misrepresented.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company back in May. I was not in town to receive the shipment due to a family emergency out of the country. The mail was lost. The issue I have with this company is the way they speak to you when you ask a question or when you have a concern, I tried to reorder the shirt and the seller cancelled my order and stated that he will no longer ship to my address since I didn't receive the package. And best of luck. I filed an *** claim against him and his company...Which pretty much pissed him off enough to write me back telling me that I "burned bridges with his company and that I can never order from him." I have NEVER dealt with a small business that was this rude, demeaning, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He picked the right one to though...because my next complaint will be with The State of California Labor & Workforce Development Agency (LWDA). His business is ONLY as good as the people that support him. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason for him to speak to people the way he does or for even *** to support him. I wish I would have read these reviews before I tried to do business with him.

When I received my shirt the image was very noticeably tilted and not centered and the shirt was too small. I wish I would have read others reviews about the inaccuracy of their sizing chart and not even wasted my time carefully measuring. I sent them photos showing the poor image placement and actual measurements of their tshirt and recieved a shipping label from them to send the shirt back for refund. I am happy I actually recieved the refund based on others bad experience which I have now learned about, but I really had wanted them to send a shirt with a well placed image in a size up that would fit me. After not getting any response except the refund I realize they are unwilling to suck up the shipping cost of sending me a new one or dont have one in their inventory that is placed well enough to send to someone who actually cares about the quality of a 30 dollar tshirt (including shipping cost). In summary just an impersonal and overpriced company in my eyes.

I ordered a shirt from Chummy Tees, and I ordered a size two sizes larger because I saw the note on the seller's page that the shirts run small. When I received the extra large shirt, it looked like a small and for a kid. The sizing is way off. When I contacted the seller and shared my disappointment and asked for a refund, he at first didn't respond and then he responded rudely, refusing a refund. He also publicly responded to my respectful review of his product with personal, derogatory, unprofessional comments that indicated I ignored his sizing chart and implying that I must be a larger woman. Unbelievable.
