On Monday this company was initially quick to respond. There were 2 things including my leaking kitchen sink that were pending when the guy said he'd be back the next day and his office would call me to schedule a time. Never heard from anyone the whole day, I called and the said the part isn't it in it would be the next day that he'd come between 1-4. Well the next day at 430 and no one comes or calls!! I call again, same story it will be the next day. It is now Thursday and they are telling me they are very busy after I call!! I'm sorry but I am the customer I shouldn't be calling you and following up that's your job. Still don't have a day or time they are coming to fix my kitchen sink that I can't use. 4th day in and waiting for this horrible family operated company that apparently can't figure out when their part come in and overbook themselves,
Air Pro Master was timely, the tech was professional in his work and he answered my questions. I will tell my friends about this service. Good to find someone like this.
My home warranty, American Home Shield (AHS), notified Air Pro Master(APM) of my slow drain toilet problem. On 20 August 2014, an APM employee arrived, used a snake like tool to clear the obstruction. His work caused black marks to appear on the bottom of the bowl which I unsuccessfully tried to remove. The damaged toilet makes it appear as if there is feces in the bottom. I called and left messages with APM and by contact email on how this problem could be corrected , but they never responded.
The staff is rude, unprofessional, disorganized and terrible to deal with. It's been three weeks and they never ordered the part and just give excuses.
Maybe they can get away with this if they practice their business in Russia, but not in the USA.
It's amazing they are in business, stay clear of them!!!
I placed a service request on a Sunday night with my home warranty company. My MAIN sewer line was backep up. That means no toilets, showers or any other water use. They wouldn't come out until Tues. When they finally arrived at almost 2:00pm, they did not have the right equipment, even though it was explained in detail what was wrong. They promised to be back out later that night with a time frame between 5-8 but never showed up. One would think they would have been there 1st thing in the morning but nope another appointment time of 11-2. What kind of business would let a family with three children live in conditions like this? Worst company ever. I've requested my home warranty company to take them off the list of vendors to be sent to my house.
Mike promptly arrived at my residence and replaced my garbage disposal. It only took 20 minutes to finish the job including cleaning. He is very polite and friendly.
The call center was very pleasant. The tech to install was very knowledgeable and very experienced. But I would have liked that all materials to be there the first time around. Thank you Alan for getting the job done.

Prompt, friendly, got right to work, explained what he was doing. Cleaned up when done. Polite and did not complain about pets.
