My home warranty, American Home Shield (AHS), notified Air Pro Master(APM) of my slow drain toilet problem On August 2014, an APM employee arrived, used a snake like tool to clear the obstruction His work caused black marks to appear on the bottom of the bowl which I unsuccessfully tried to remove The damaged toilet makes it appear as if there is feces in the bottom I called and left messages with APM and by contact email on how this problem could be corrected , but they never responded

We had an appointment for the afternoon of the same day we called Mike the serviceman was very nice He quickly found the problem with our water heater, ordered the new part and came out the next day to install the new replacement part Final outcome: We have hot water again!
The staff is rude, unprofessional, disorganized and terrible to deal with It's been three weeks and they never ordered the part and just give excuses Maybe they can get away with this if they practice their business in Russia, but not in the USA It's amazing they are in business, stay clear of them!!!
Their claims of striving on customer service is an absolute ADVERTISEMENT! My parents (seniors) had to rely on them to get a solution to their water heater issues, and now after 1/weeks of going back and forth with these people, in the middle of winter, some days with near freezing temps, my parents still don't have heat, nor hot water in their home.I tried to explain to them that at this point, I was very concerned due to both of my parents medical conditions and that all I needed was a solution that we could come up with, I was then put on hold for over mins, and out of the sudden, right at 4:57pm the phone call was disconnected only for me to call back and now they have the out of the office response.The last time I called (Saturday), some supervisor came to the line and claimed I was harassing her staff, therefore they were not handling the case anymore & I needed to direct my concerns to the home warranty companySo, 1/weeks of total incompetency!

I would like to recognize Emily and Cecelia for arranging a repair for an Air Conditioning unit located in Las Vegas - a location known for hot summers.
They worked to get the tech scheduled very quickly and minimized the time the house would be without cooling.

Today Mike M came to my house because my hot water heater broke yesterday, pursuant to a request I made with my home warranty company yesterday. He called to say several of his appointments had cancelled and would I be available sooner. Of course I said yes and he arrived within 15 minutes. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. It was a pleasure dealing with him as my past experiences with like contractors was not good. He has a great personality and was very professional.
