I am currently suspended from work because this company reported the wrong background to the company, stating I have been arrested and in prison several times, when in fact I have never been arrested. When I contacted them about the error they told me it would take up to 30 days to correct. So here I am out of work for up to a month because my employer thinks I am a criminal.
Not impressed with this companyThey listed me as being a convict in Florida for when I was enrolled in Georgia for school and living in South CarolinaThe woman who was listed as me is several years older than me, and doesn't even have my birthdayThey need to check on their information a lot more regarding birthdays and where people liveMy name is very commonpeople have my name in this county aloneI was not happy with them trying to pin someone else's wrong doing on me

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I know they say they tried to contact me but that's not true I called back I asked them to call me between certain hours I called back it goes straight to voicemail I'm unable to get a hold of anyone the number they gave me does not even have an answering machine it just goes straight to as a peep then a messaging system it doesn't identify the company or anything I spoke to a guy named [redacted] who told me they can't change my information through email I will send a copy of that email as well basically I feel the company is playing games and when you are dealing with someone else's identity you're not supposed to do stuff like that someone needs to get a hold of me or of the need to give me a number where I can get a hold of a supervisor so this matter can be resolved The number they gave me is [redacted] , it doesn't even ring it goes straight to voicemail no matter when you call during the day in the afternoon it goes straight to voicemail and this is unacceptableSincerely, [redacted] ***
