The state of Illinois requires that we collect a copy of a customer's state issued ID along with their Firearm Owner's ID card before shipping ammunition to them. [redacted] resides in Illinois and was attempting to purchase ammunition so we requested that information from her. Unfortunately,...
we aren't sure why we haven't received the documents from [redacted]. We have tested and are consistently receiving faxes on the number she provided. We are also receiving mail on a daily basis to the PO Box. It is in our best interest to quickly process any faxes or mail received. Prompt service helps us maintain long term relationships with customers. We can only suggest that she email a copy to us at [redacted] since we seem to be having difficulties receiving the fax. We're sorry to hear that she is having trouble providing the documentation and hope to resolve it soon.

Per [redacted]'s request, the order was canceled after her conversation with Customer Service on January 30, 2017. A full refund was issued immediately as she requested.
As stated, we can't honor the price of a product that we don't sell. We do not have a 50 round box of PMC X-Tac M855 ammo.
