I am rejecting this response because: the amount around requested is I don't care if they are packaged in round boxes or not even if they are packaged in round boxes you can still come up with rounds at the advertised price per roundIf they are incapable of honoring their advertisements then I will no longer do business with them nor will I recommend them to anybody else, in fact I will do quite the opposite

We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and arrived to an amicable resolution regarding the situation.

In
response to Mr. [redacted] compliant, our policy to not allow returns on firearms
does not violate any consumer laws.  Due to a number of reasons, once a consumer
takes possession of a firearm we do not allow returns.  This policy is clearly
communicated on our website as outlined...

in Mr. [redacted] complaint.  In instances
of mistakes to the description of a product, Cheaper Than Dirt! does it’s best
to resolve the error as the facts dictate and within our
ability.
Upon
further research of Mr. [redacted] order, we found that the firearm he ordered no
longer is equipped with a melonite barrel as described.  The manufacturer
changed their specs and now equips it with a chrome molly barrel.  We were not
aware of this change. 
Mr.
[redacted] stated that he didn’t want to return the rifle, he wanted us to supply him
with the barrel that was described.  That would have been the ideal resolution
for us as well.  Unfortunately we don’t have a melonited barrel compatible with
his rifle and it isn’t available through the manufacturer.  We offered a
commensurate refund but that offer was rejected.

I am rejecting this response because: I only cancelled the order because the representative repetitively told me they were not going to honor the pricing, although they had already accepted my credit card payment.  She said they would charge a substantial amount more to fulfill the order.  They did not refund my money until 9 days after our conversation and 9 days after my complaint to the Revdex.com.
