I placed my order on October 13th, and I just received notification that my order was shipped on the 21st I am not expected to receive the shipment until the 26th I find it very unsatisfactory that it would take a week just to prepare an order to be shipped, especially given the high price of their costumes

I ordered a PJ outfit from Chasing FirefliesIt is personalizedThe sizing says 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12mI don't remember seeing the 'm' but anyway, the m means monthsSo the baby clothes are thrown in with the kids and evidently start with 12mI had no idea! So I paid $for a pair of PJ'S that will fit a toddler when my daughter is years oldI cannot return them because I had her name put on themThey suggested that I order a new pair with the correct sizeThe woman I spoke with was RUDE! I barely got out what I was saying before she interrupted and was really rude! I would NOT recommend this company....ever!!! For ANYTHING!!!!! TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Most disgusting company ever! I placed an order on 11/ Was told on first call this week it was ready to be shipped out but would go out on wed I never received an email for confirmation so we called today 12/ Was told by first rep they are backed up that personalization takes now 7/days which we have already had This completely contradicts the call on Tuesday and what the website statedI then went to a supervisor who said it takes 12-days!!
