I initially placed an order in October, after speaking directly to a representative to confirm which shipping I would need to guarantee the order arrive by a particular date I paid for expedited shipping, but the order did not arrive on time despite my calling several times when I saw it had not yet shipped and despite being (untruthfully) assured that it would arrive by multiple people When I reached out to follow up and return the unneeded portion of the order, days elapsed and I was forced to contact them again, receiving multiple responses like this:
I am so sorry for the delay in a response and would be happy to assist you with this matterI have re-forwarded your request to our Management Team
When a representative did get back to me, they had the incorrect information and failed to address the return I then had to reach out again, and each time a different person (after a significant delay) would respond who had even less information and to whom I had to explain

I hope your child has a crap Christmas lady since you don't seem to care about others She didn't even offer me a discount or refund shipping on my order that I had placed with the doll Horrible excuse for a company

I have been calling Chasing Fireflies for over a year to remove me from their catalog and not to rent my name to anyoneI've gone through their automated systemI've talked to ordering lineI've called customer serviceToday I waited for over minutes on the phone to talk to a Supervisor who transferred me to their automated 'catalog' line yet againI have notes dating back to 3/6/where I talked to customer service to remove me from their catalogTo know availUnlike every other catalog department I've talked to there is no real person to look into this and deal with this problemTo me it is bordering on harassmentNow they're telling me I have to contact the "upper management" and get them to solve the problemSince when!! This is unacceptableAs a consumer I should be able to in one call be removed from any catalog mailing listI didn't even request this catalog

In our reply, we let you know that the item was shipped out and that it was set to be delivered on 9/29/- can you please confirm if you received the item on Friday, 9/29/as expected?

Ordered $worth of costumes for my kids (costumes for two children) on October 5th Order still has not shipped as of today Oct 20th These costumes are needed for school next week or it isn’t worth getting at all I have contacted the company twice this week, who has terrible customer service First you are placed into a preliminary call loop and after waiting for minutes you are told the order can be expedited in the warehouse No further relevant information - (why the order is late, why it was never sent, when you can expect it...) is provided You are then offered to talk to customer service and placed into another que waiting for over an hour to speak to someone who refuses to upgrade your shipping or attempt to give you more details as to when you can expect your order I’ve spent hours on the phone and as of tonight, my order still hasn’t shipped nor can anyone tell me anything about it I will never ever order from this company again!!!

I placed this order on December 1st and expected to receive in 5-business daysI needed these dresses for holiday parties, performances, and photographsI first called on December 4th and I was told I would receive the package in less than daysI then called again on December 13th and was treated rudely by the customer service team who ultimately told me that the package had not shippedI phoned again today, December 15th, and was told that the package now had a tracking number but that they could not provide it to meI plan on refusing this package and will never do business with Chasing Fireflies againThis company clearly does not care about their customersI have been a longtime customer for years but this loyal history made no difference in how I was treatedThey were indifferent to my situation and did not care one bit about losing not only this order but me as a customer entirely

Awful experienceOrdered my daughter a costume on the 3rd of September and was strung along with delayed delivery emails until October 16th when I called to check my order status and was told they canceled my order and didn't notify me, yet, I was emailed on the 11th of October to reconfirm my order and told it would be shipped on the 18th of OctoberThanks for the lack of communication and the next weeks of torture trying to replace the costume in the middle of October

I will never order from this company again which is sad because I really liked my sons costumeMy order was not shipped until weeks after I placed my online orderOnce it finally arrived, the size was 2x too big (my son is a size for his age)I was refunded the cost of the costume but the $for shipping the first time was not returnedI was told they "gave" me free return shippingI have never ordered from a store that charges for returns in the first placeDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Horrible companyWe received a gift that did not fit and I contacted customer service to find out if we could return itThey confirmed we could and that we would be issued a store credit to useI mailed the item back and didnt hear back for 2+ weeksWhen I contacted them they said- oh "oops we refunded the purchaser by mistakeNothing we can do now" For the cost of their items their service stinks- how can you lie to someone like that?

I would leave zero stars if I could I have not been refunded almost $for months Week after week the supervisors tell me it's going back to my *** in 3-days After over a month of this then they said it's coming in a check This has been weeks of being "on the list" for a refund check and when I called back today they said now they have to cancel that and they have decided to go back to *** *** in 3-days The product did not look anything like the picture in the first place and now they're keeping my money even though they received it back

*** Chasing Fireflies did not ship our costumes & cloths, made several phone callsCustomer service is the worst I have ever encounteredPhone calls got us no whereAlso, they did not respond to any emailsI will never order from them again & encourage people not to waste there money or time

I placed an order on August 10th and I get an email in September saying my order is on back order I'm annoyed because I wasn't informed sooner, so I call to make sure the order is in fact going to be shipped on Sept The representative is rude but I move on because she tells me the order will be shipped on Sep It's Sept 19th and still no delivery I calI on Sept and I'm told the order has been deliveredNo, I tell the representative the item has not been deliveredI'm then put on hold and transferred to a customer service representative who HANGS UP ON ME! I call back to speak to a supervisor and I'm placed on hold and no one picks up I call Chadwicks (sister company) hoping to reach someone or a corporate number and they say it isn't possibleI talk to a "supervisor" who basically says the number came through as Chasing Fireflies (inferring that I'm lying) and says he will expedite shipping when the order comes on the 25th FOR FREE? Wow, thank you for giving me free shipping that I've already paid for weeks ago? "The Supervisor" then proceeds to ask me what I'm looking for? Really? UM, the costume!? oh and forgot to mention, I was never made aware the costume was on backorder for a SECOND time! I went on the website and the costume is still available and it doesn't state it is on back order! COSTUMER SERVICE is horrible! I posted a short review and Chasing Fireflies wouldn't post the review HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed an order with Chasing Fireflies 10/19/I paid for three-day shipping so that it would arrive by Saturday, 10/22/I needed the order for an event on Thursday, 10/On 10/I received a voicemail from someone named Elizabeth at Chasing Fireflies' distribution center in Hamilton, OhioElizabeth stated that another customer had received my order by mistake and that they would "expedite a replacement order." She did not provide further detailsI returned the call only to find out "expedite" meant that my order would not ship out until 10/and 10/(in multiple pieces, not in a single shipment)I explained on that call that I needed the order by 10/27/The customer service reptold me that she changed my order status and that it would be shipped via overnight mail on Monday, 10/24/She did not offer to refund my three-day shipping costs; however, I felt this was an acceptable solution to an honest mistake, so I thanked her and ended the callI came home from w

I placed an order on October 11th for an in stock Halloween CostumeI paid for expedited shippingBecause I wasn't receiving my order, I spoke to Customer service on Sunday, October 22nd, and they said my order would ship either Monday or at the latest Wednesday, October 25thThey said I would have my order by Friday, October 27thI called today, Wednesday, October 25th, and the customer service representative said that my item was OUT OF STOCK when I placed my order (even though it said it was in stock on October 11th, and the customer service representative said it was in stock on Sunday, October 22nd)They are a horrible company, which has a nice catalogue, but obviously doesn't know how to run a businessThey are not fulfilling orders or delivering products that they advertise

I've been inundated with unsolicited catalogs from Chasing Fireflies and I need them to stop now I've called their Customer Service line repeatedly and have been instructed to leave my information on a voicemail box that is ALWAYS full and not accepting messages I'm requesting the Revdex.com assist me in ridding my mailbox of this nonsensical mail catalog material The catalogs come addressed to a *** ** *** who does not reside, nor has she ever resided at this address, and this household couldn't be less interested in Halloween getups and the like Thank you

I ordered an item from there cyber Monday saleReceived an email thanking me for my order and that it would ship in about a weekThey put a hold on my bank account for the money for quite a while and I just assumed it was withdrawnWhen I didn't receive it a few weeks later I called in and was told that their website doesn't update the inventory like it does if you call in the orderThey said it was on back order and It would ship out sometime in MarchThen I received an email saying the item would ship out on Feb 1st and my account would be charged that dayI don't get paid until the 3rd so I called to request they put the order on hold for a couple of daysThe customer service people treated me terribly and said there was nothing they could doI asked to speak with a manager who said I'm the ONLY person that he has ever heard of this happening to and that there was nothing he could do to help meNever apologized for anything and made me feel like a bad person because I don't have hundreds of dollars in my bank account at the readyI cancelled my order and will never be ordering from them againBeautiful items and marketing but ordering from them sure does bring you back to reality
