Revdex.com:I would like to request an amendment on my credit report for the Chase Mortgage reporting in October2017. I refinanced my loan with [redacted] Home Loans. I have NEVER been late or delinquent on apayment as long as I've been a CHase customer. I also hold a couple savings and...
checking accounts withChase. An appraisal was done on my property on October 6, 2017 for the purpose of refinancing. Iwaited for a few weeks on the appraisal to come back. During that time I made 4 calls to ChaseMortgage (October 11,19,25 and 27) to be assured there was no payment needed and would not beconsidered "late," therefore not reported to the credit bureau. ALL 4 representatives assured me that ifit was paid by October 31, 2017 in full that it would not be reported. I did everything in my control toget the papers signed to make sure this was done. I had the notary at my house at 8:00 pm on October26th to make sure it was completed on time. All of this was out of my control but I did call to notifyChase and did everything I could to get it paid. I sat with thousands in the bank so payment was not aproblem and you can see by my past this has NEVER been an issue. My credit rapidly fell due to thisreporting and this is my first negative EVER. I should not be penalized for bad information from Chase'srepresentatives and they should have notes in your system from my calls. I am enclosing closingdocuments with dates so you can see I signed and then I had no control over when it was recorded anddisbursed. If you have further questions please call me at ###-###-####. thank you so much.

Dear Revdex.com,I received your email today indicating that you were marking my complaint as closed. I wanted to let you know that I had received a phone call from Chase which resulted in a voice mail saying that they would not be reimbursing me for my expenses as I had not form of proof that they had received the tax bills I sent them. They indicated that they would be sending a letter which I could share with Revdex.com but as of yet I have not received that letter. Once I receive the letter I will be sure to forward it on to Revdex.com.I am asking that you not close this complaint out.I am not happy or satisfied with their response as I did not sent all my tax bills to them using tracking information. They basically indicated that without proof they could not accept my word. I find it odd that they received all of the original tax bills as those were paid by Chase but for some reason they cannot account for any of the interim bills I sent them. How can I send all of the bills to the same address and for some reason only the interim ones cannot be located or they have no record of receiving them. My guess is that if they were not in my files then they were thrown out or destroyed rather than notifying me that I should not have sent them to Chase.I go back to my original complaint that this could have all been avoided had they practiced good customer service and given me the courtesy of a phone call or a form letter notifying me that I was responsible for the interim bills and that they would be taking care of the original bills but not the interim ones. They are the mortgage experts and should not assume that customers understand how real estate taxes and interim bills work. Very poor customer service. I am an excellent customer who pays all their bills on time and this is how they treat you. I did not ask for anything other than the penalties I incurred when I paid all of my interim real estate taxes after their due date. To them $783.78 is not a lot to keep a loyal customer happy but to that loyal customer that $783.78 hurts.I would caution anyone looking for a mortgage to not deal with Chase as they do not care about their loyal customers.[redacted]

Re: Data Furnisher's Violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act
This letter is a formal complaint that Chase has failed to comply with the precedents set by the case of
Chase v [redacted] and in turn are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The Fair Credit
Reporting Act requires that a data furnisher report only 100% accurate account information. [redacted] v Chase Manhattan requires a data furnisher to update all credit bureaus with the same information.
I have been in the process of disputing this account with the credit bureaus. This account was delete
from one of the credit bureaus, but this data furnisher continues to report this account inaccurately
with the other credit bureaus. This data furnisher has failed to comply with [redacted] V Chase Manhattan
and the FCRA regulations by refusing to delete the disputed account with the remaining credit
bureaus.
I have already provided this data furnisher several opportunities to comply with my requests but they
continue to do nothing and report this account inaccurately. They continue to willfully violate the
FCRA as they are receiving my requests, yet they do nothing. This must stop and this account must
be removed with all credit bureaus!
I have included copies of all the communication I have mailed this data furnisher, as well as all
responses they have provided me. Please take the time to review my requests. You will see that all
of my requests have been made pursuant to the FCRA and I have provided more than the legally
required time to complete.
I need your company to enforce the regulations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and require this
company to delete this account with all credit bureaus. Enforce these regulations and show their
offices that the FCRA does mean something and that they cannot continue to operate only in the
interest of money and without penalty.
Credit reports and those credit scores derived from these reports are paramount to life as an American
citizen. Anything and everything that we do is related around my credit report and credit score. This
is a serious request to investigate this company and the policies and procedures they use to report
accounts on a consumers credit report as there is obviously suspect practices in place.
The credit bureaus must be held liable for their willful violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They
cannot be continued to operate with such illegal and unethical practices. Your offices must step in and
uphold the laws of the FCRA and demand the immediate removal of this account from all credit
repositories.
What good do the rules, regulations and punishments of the Fair Credit Reporting Act do if they are
not enforced? I have exhausted my patient and now need your assistance, as I have no other options.
Kind Regards, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Delete disputed account from all credit bureaus
Review: I've had my mortgage with Chase for the last 2yrs and chose Chase over other lenders because of their 1% Cash Back program. The issue I have with Chase is that I'm in the process of selling my home and close on my home 4 days before my annual 1% cash back award is scheduled to be paid out, not 4 days before it's achieved, let's be clear. I've called and spoken with two different representatives, the first one informed me that she'd seen this happen before and Chase will still provide me with my reward, as I've completed the annual requirement. She told me that a letter will come to me in the mail confirming what we discussed on the phone, about 4 days later, I received the letter, but it confirmed the opposite, that I would not receive my reward. So I called Chase again, explained to them the situation (again) and was told that I would not receive the reward, but she would try to see what should could do. I have earned that annual reward and should receive it. I could understand if I was selling my home prior to reaching my anniversay with them, but that is not the case. Additionally, I worked with Chase for a pre-approval for another loan (higher mortgage, might I add) because I enjoyed their 1% Cash Back program. Of course this was before they told me they wouldn't be honoring what I've earned. I think that the terms/conditions for this "patent-pending" 1% Cash Back program are flawed. The customer should receive what they've earned. I'm now considering getting my new loan with a different lender due to this experience with Chase.Desired Settlement: I would like Chase to honor the annual reward that I'v earned.
Review: Chase has incorrectly reported to credit bureaus and indicated I was 30 days late for 5 consecutive months. I contacted them in Februray 2013 and requested this information be reviewed/corrected. I provided all of my banking statement and was then told there was another month that I was late. I provided the banking statement showing the payment for that month and was told they want access to my entire checking account which I refused.
I contacted a New York Office and continued to pursue the matter, providing once again all of my banking statement showing the cleared payments.
Chase advised they wouldn't correct their mistakes but failed to provide any documentation to support their decision.
It took Chase 7 months to research my dispute and a refinznce of my mortgage had adverse effects as interest rates went up in those 7 monthsDesired Settlement: I would like Chase to make the required changes to the credit bureaus and honor my dispute as I provided documentation which proved their reporting incorrect
