Review: We have been in a dispute with Chase for months to restore our credit after a payment sent from our bank account was falsey/incorrectly endorsed at one of their payment locations. Our bank contacted them right away and sent in all needed info. from [redacted]. In my dispute correspondence with them, they have sent me another persons letter and account info. The back pages of our letter/account info. remains missing. They tell me that this was a mistake and our information was somehow incorrectly "intertwined" with another persons account info. They also claim that the back pages of our letter were "probably never even generated" even though they cannot provide these pages. I know they have breached privacy, as I have another persons private letter and info., and I'm pretty certain someone else has ours and we are very concerned.Desired Settlement: Contacted by someone in their privacy and security department.
