I am rejecting this response because:Dear MrC***,I was offered the rate of $after auto pay discount plus taxes locked in for yearsYou can review the original call logs when Theresa and I talked over the phoneYour records may be incomplete or incorrect as that was the rate offered for 100/mbps internet and phoneThe price I was offered and signed up under did not include any extra promotionsThe only discount was the autopay discount of $every month which would last the whole year price lock in priceThe expiring promos were never part of the deal when I signed up nor was it explained to me when I signed upI was not given the expectation that I would have to call up to have any promotions applied to keep the price that was advertised to mePrevious CentuyLink employees understood the billing mismatch and that the price I was offered and signed up under was not being honored after I signed upThe promotions on the account were applied to try to compensate for the billing errors by CenturyLinkI have spent a lot of time try to get the bills corrected for many yearsI am just asking for my bill to be at the price I was guaranteed for years when I signed upThe price I am being charged now is not the price I was told when I signed up

Our records indicate Mr*** also submitted a complaint with our Executive Office regarding his concerns. A Manager contacted Mr*** and a Prism repair ticket was opened and escalated. After the engineer fix was put into place, the Manager confirmed Mr***’s service is

It has taken me months to try and set up internet service and phone service with CenturyLinkMy experience with talking with an agent, some know what they are talking about while others are just reading a script and has to read off their script to fulfill their phone conversationWhen it comes to adding a service I'm usually dealing with a person from the USAWhenever I deal with repairs or installation I'm having a conversation with another person outside of the USAWho's unfamiliar with the USA phone systemI'm currently searching for Internet & phone service that will accommodate my business and personal needs

I have received a copy of the Revdex.com complaint filed by *** *** ***, regarding a billing disputeAfter investigation of *** ***'s account it has been found that the discount that was offered was not available to the customer and at this time is no longer a promotion
we offer customersThe customer has this promotion previously for months which ended on 04/28/After a promotion is used it can not be used again for monthsFurthermore this promotion is no longer available as all our promotions are on a price for life basis moving forward.In effort to satisfy we have credited the Septembers bill $to reflect the $rate *** *** was expectingWe have also added an additional $for Octobers bill, however after Octobers billing the rate will remain to bill at the price for life rate we currently are offering at $As we don't want to lose *** ***s business to the competition at this time we do not offer any other promotional optionsSincerely, *** ***

CenturyLink appreciates Ms*** giving us the opportunity to review our handling of her account, *** *** ***. I would like to apologize for the less than exemplary service that Ms*** recently received from CenturyLink representatives. Her comments are appreciated and, to
improve customer service, will be investigated. Our representatives need to know the negative impact we have on customers when we fail to do our jobs well Our records indicate Ms*** account was established on July 13, and disconnected on August 8, 2016. The August 8, Closing bill reflected a balance due of $257.48. A credit for $posted Ms*** account on September 2, 2016. The account currently reflects a zero balance due It appears the return labels and boxes have been sent the service address, *** ** *** *** address. I have requested labels and boxes be sent to the address on the Revdex.com complaint, *** *** *** *** ***It can take 2-weeks for delivery. I will monitor the account and adjust any equipment charges, if billed CenturyLink regrets any inconvenience Ms*** has experienced *** CenturyLink Customer Advocacy

I have been going to Richie's Automotive for years with very demanding projects for restoration vehicles, upgrades, repair, and mainenance Richie (the owner) is very honest and knowledgeable, and has saved me big bucks on many occasions, and saved me on the road on many others I have learned a great deal from this guyI refer all my friends and family here, and all are treated very well
