Review: On 23DEC2013 I ordered a package of cell phone accessories from the website, cellphoneshop.net and I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. I have called and sent numerous emails to their customer support call center and have been disconnected and also denied access to speak to a manager concerning a refund. On one of my first calls to the call center I was told to wait 7-8 days so 8 days would have been Friday Jan 3rd 2014, and I still have not received package. I waited an additional 3 days and waited until today to call 8 January 2014, and I STILL have not received package. I called company on 8JAN2014 and was told to callback in 10-15 minutes just to talk to a supervisor and the next call in 15 minutes resulted in a hang-up. I am constantly told to wait the package is coming, but I feel I have waited long enough and deserve my refund for items never delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like my monies either returned to me via credit card or check for the amount of $59.02 which was deducted from my account on 12/27/2013.

Fist of all, please accept our apology for this late reply.
We found that we have not received your first notice and therefore cannot respond to this complaint immediately.
After reviewing this case, we found that the customer has contacted us before for not receiving the order. We followed up the case at once and asked out customer to wait for the order a
couple days longer during the Christmas peak season.
Unfortunately, our customer has not yet received the order.
Therefore, we agree with the customer's request and issued a full refund to the customer's account as a settlement. The refund has just been processed on Feb 13, 2014.
