I ordered this item from their website, received after 18 days waiting after a bunch of e-mails with this business, it was a hassle, after receiving the item it was not in the original package, it was loose inside a small cheap open box, missing spare parts as indicated in the product dics. I wonder if the product was used before and if it was used, I might get infection because it is for personal use only, after trying the product it does not work good, I think it has manufacture problem, it hurt my hearing. After all that and after all e-mails back and forward. Their customer services offering me a refund credit less than I paid for the item, and they want me so far to ship it back and pay for shipping, I need a guarantee or the money first before I ship it because after all this bad customer service what will guarantee me that they will refund me back my money in full.

I need a solution.Desired Settlement: I want my money back guaranteed.

Review: Ordered items- they are willing to give me a partial refund on items that are incorrectly sent to me and neither of them work for my phone.

They sent me a charger that does not work for my phone nor what it was I had ordered originally.

Also, when order was originally placed, I never received a confirmation- I had to call confirm that order was sent.

To top all of this off- their phone number is out of service and they are unreachable.Desired Settlement: Full refund on my debit card

Review: I place an online order with CellphoneShop on 10/18/2013. As of this date I have not received items ordered nor verification of shipment. I called ###-###-#### which was listed on the website and spoke with someone who act like he did not understand what I was say. I first request verification that my email request was received to cancel order. Individual did not response. I asked if I could cancel order, then individual located my order and told me it already shipped and an email was sent to me on 10/21/2013. I question where was it emailed to he stated he did not have that information. I requested again to have the order cancelled and he stated it could not be. I asked then what step do I take to return product when & if received. The individual did not response, leaving dead air on the line for 2-3 minutes and I hung up.

I sent an email 10/29/2013 requesting to cancel the order because everytime I checked the website for status there is no tracking information. I used paypal and would like my money back and do not wish to do anymore business with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund return to my PayPal account. I do not want the products.

Review: I ordered some items for a phone I had just purchased. I ended up having to send the phone back for a refund after a few days. So I asked on February 28, 2013 how to return the items when I received them. I was told to refuse the order and it would be sent back to the company. I was communicating through email on every step I took and they were responding accordingly. Until I didn't hear from them after March 11, 2013 when they told me to wait 3 weeks for processing. I waited for 1 month before I emailed them again asking what was going on with my refund and they responded that they never received my package, but they will look again. They asked for a tracking number for my return, but you don't get one when you refuse a package! I told them this information and they said that they would give me a refund anyway and I was to wait 4-6 business days from April 11, 2013. It is now April 22, 2013 and nothing has been done at all.Desired Settlement: I want my refund back. I would like them to refund my credit card used to purchase these items or send me a check (that won't bounce) for the whole amount of $20.12

Absolute liars. 8 weeks and still no delivered goods that I purchased. They ignore my emails and provided a bogus tracking number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Please do your research before you buy from them. Very poor reviews and customer service. Items not even shipped, let alone "lost in the mail".

Based on my experience I would not use this company. I ordered chargers and an extended battery with case for my Samsung S5 phone and the products sent are not even close to useable with this phone. Their shipping was very slow and now to return the products I have to pay shipping costs and they will only reimburse me for the products and not for the cost of shipping the items to me. So I will have to pay over $10 in shipping costs to this company for items which in no way were even close to being usable with my phone. Very very poor company to use....

Review: I have multiple issues with this company, but to narrow this down a bit, it comes down to a company that has practices which are possibly illegal, but at best is deceptive and has extremely poor customer service. I placed an order on September 24, 2014 with the Cell Phone Shop.net online. I received confirmation that the order had been properly received and was being processed. Within a day or so, I received notification that my order had been shipped and they provided a tracking number stating that it could take 2-3 Business days for the tracking to update through the USPS site. Sep 24 was on a Wednesday, so at the latest I should have seen a tracking number update by Monday the next week. After trying a couple more days without seeing results, I went their website hoping the order status would show an update there. Even entering the correct order number on their site, the order didn't come up. I contacted customer service via their online mail form. I sent the mail at 9ish in the morning and received a reply a reply back at almost 9pm basically stating my order had shipped and provided the same non-updated tracking number. Today I went back to the USPS site and finally showed they had received package on Sep 30th. this company charged my credit card on Sep 25, but took them 5 days to actually ship it. That is unacceptable! To my knowledge it is not legal to charge a persons CC until order has been officially shipped. Period.Desired Settlement: I want the business practices of this company investigated. I want a record of this complaint to show up so that other consumers are fair-warned. I want better (much better) responses to my legitimate inquiries from this company, NOT Itic stock responses that demonstrate a total lack concern for my issue. This company has the most pathetic shipping and charge policies I have ever seen. This needs to STOP.

The business response is a good start but doesn't go far enough. There was no mention for example that these items are being shipped from overseas which of course would contribute to the delay in getting information about where the package is located and it's delivery to the USPS. Why this business appears to not want to disclose 'where' the products are originating from is beyond me. They have an office located in CA, but apparently this is an overseas business operating within the US. Otherwise, they would mfr and sell and ship the products within US borders OR they would tell the customers the products are coming from overseas. Additionally, their response would lead a person to believe that this situation was 'out of the norm'. In fact this is the second order I've purchased from this online company where both the CS and shipping information was sketchy. I passed it off the first time as a fluke... it isn't a fluke when orders months a part have resulted in the same misinformation about where my order is.

The business did get it correct that this complaint is about the shipping times and about the lack of it's CS department providing information about where the products originated and shipped from. This information should be disclosed to the customer either at a time just before the order is placed or listed directly on their website. Also, their website is faulty in that I couldn't get a status update directly from the site I ordered from even after 7 business days had passed which added to both my confusion and angst.

A simple blub that goes something like this is all that is needed: "Some or all of the products you ordered are being shipped from an overseas market. The shipping / delivery times times are based upon the date it is actually delivered to the USPS. Your order will show shipped when it leaves the warehouse overseas. Please add up to 5 business days before the product is sent to the US Postal Service before you can view shipping information. Thank you."

How hard is that?

Review: I had purchased a bluetooth headset from this company. Upon receiving it, it didn't work properly as I could barely hear anything through it. I contacted them for an RA number to return it and said I wanted them to send me a return label OR promise me they'd reimburse me for return shipping AND a full refund of the items purchase price. After going back and forth with them regarding this, they agreed and I shipped the item back and had emailed them a copy of the receipt. I'd uses USPS small package with the guaranteed shipping cost of $5.25. They had agreed to this prior to me returnin the item. After they got it back, they refunded my purchase price and that was it. I emailed them again and then they tried telling me: "Please note that the merchandise cost of your order is $10.49. Adding the reimbursement $5.25, the total amount of the refund is $25.74. " I'd sent them a copy of my receipt showing this to be incorrect, that the actual cost of the item I purchased was $25.48 with shipping, which they did refund BUT I wante my $5.25 refunded that they'd agreed to prior to me sending the item back. After sending them that, they issued another refund to my paypal account of only an additional .26 cents. I had told them if they didn't give me the full refund as they'd agreed to, I would file my complaint with the Revdex.com.org so here I am. I'm tired of the eternal emails back and forth to them to try and receive the money they promised for an item that didn't work. I shouldn't have any out of pocket expense for trying to purchase an item that didn't work. It would be different if I just didn't like the item but IT DIDN'T WORK!!.Desired Settlement: I want the additional $4.99 refunded to my paypal account as they've done with the other 2 refunds as it is only right that they pay for the return shipping IN FULL for an item that didn't work that they sold to me.

Review: I ordered two items from www.cellphoneshop.net online, a charging base and a car charger for my cellphone Apple 5S. I recieved the items and neither one worked. I made arrangements and returned the items and the company refuses to pay shipping cost. I did not change my mind on the products, they are selling inoperative merchandise and requiring individuals to pay shipping. Review: Order [redacted] from www.CellPhoneShop.net . Business sent an incorrect item that doesn't fit. However, they will not provide return labels for postage. Requiring me to pay postage first, to return an item that was incorrectly sent, should not be my responsibility and it's unsatisfactory to me. Furthermore, they sent an e-mail on Nov 9th while I was out of town and said I have 7 days from Nov 9th to return the item. I did not see the e-mail until my return trip Nov 13th. Review: After receiving my third order from TheCellPhoneShop.net, I unwrapped the OtterBox Defender Series Case For HTC DROID Incredible, and noticed the packaging looked weird. I opened it up and the belt clip was in two pieces. Immediately, I called Customer Service and after hearing what was going on, the lady profusely apologized and explained she could send me another one or send up a request for me to be reimbursed. Since I needed it on the phone before they would be able to get me a new one, I asked for reimbursement. She thanked me and we disconnected. NEVER told me I had to send the broken item back. I threw it out and the next day the trash company came. It wasnt until after that, that the company sent me an email explaining they needed the broken item back and that I would have to pay the shipping cost. I emailed them back right away and explained why I couldnt. They responded with how they would reimburse me for the shipping. I again emailed them right away asking them to reread my first email. Now they say they can do nothing for me. So, I am out $29.99 because of their customer service rep. I would have had the broken item back to them the very same day if I had known.Desired Settlement: I would simply like my $29.99 back or even a store credit.

Review: I bought what was called a cell phone blocker, and it did not work, I emailed the co and they aggraded to replace the item, which they did with the exact same item that did no work, I emailed them again and they agreed to refund the cost of the item plus the return cost.(by the way I returned two, and they were to return only one of they return costs) On6/19/13 I returned the item tracking number [redacted] witch they received. And no I can no get anyone to talk to me and my account has not been credited. I have the tracking number for the first one I returned also. By checking our system record, we found that our latest reply from the customer was about the issuance of the Return Authorization to the customer to return the product for refund.

We are afraid that there may be some email problems that we have not received the customer's return notification.

We have just checked the tracking information provided by the customer again and found that the package should have been delivered to our address on Jun 22, 2013 already.

Review: I purchased from this company because the item was supposed to only cost me $2.99. On the final page where I was supposed to review my order and submit payment it still said that my total was only $2.99. Imagine my surprise when the confirmation window popped up and there was an added shipping cost of $4.99 that I had not agreed to pay on my confirmation page. When I tried to talk to them they said they are sorry buy my item had already shipped and they couldn't help me. I then filed a complaint through pay pal where they refused to refund it as well stating that there website states there is a $4.99 shipping fee, which I have still yet to locate. In my opinion they are liars and thieves. That fee should be plainly located on the review order page so you know what you are paying for.Desired Settlement: $4.99 shipping refund

The customer the extra shipping fee was charged for this order and requested a refund for the shipping cost.

Please note that we have listed all shipping costs and related details on our website. Usually, after the customer choosing the shipping method and refreshed the order, the total cost including the shipping cost will be shown on the order page.

By further reviewing this case, as a courtesy to our customer, we have made an exception and issued a refund $4.99 (shipping cost) to the customer's account. And the refund has been processed on May 27, 2013 accordingly.
