I signed up for a class - Instagram for Creatives - and the program was canceled. Cassie Boorn was to process a refund within seven days and the refund has not been processed. Email was dated April 12 and it is a little over a month later. I have been emailing repeatedly and no action as been taken towards a refund.

I conducted a workshop and was never paid. The owner Cassie promised payment numerous times of the course of six months and now refuses to respond to emails and requests for payment. After speaking with colleagues who also conducted workshops I found that this has happened to a number of other instructors who also have not been paid.
