Often times we can not expedite this process and are at the mercy of the factory repair centers sending us parts and estimates. We will be happy to send your watch back to you and...
Please have Revdex.com intervene here. The customer has been now told multiple times the process with which to obtain their watch back without repair. The customer is not complying with the simple procedure.
We not only spent hundreds of dollars in parts to cover a non warranty issue. But the watch ships today, and the customer received a tracking number yesterday.
