I observed the watch to be running hereHowever, given the nature of the damage to the watch (a large impact) there is a good possibility this caused an issue which surfaced laterMy best offer would be to repair the watch at a discounted cost, although we are not obligated to do soGiven the aggressive tact the customer has chosen, most owners would likely not be so generous

I will not send the company back the watch they damaged as I stated in the last email sent to you, due to the likelihood of future damage I have read on online complaints sent by other customers that used this company for servicing there watches I am more than willing to just have to he watch polished by a reputable jeweler and settle for a small reimbursementBut if not satisfied will take this complaint further with other agencies FTC etcI thank the Revdex.com for taking the time and effort to help and investigate this claim even if there is not resolve from a disreputable company such as this!

Only recently did we receive the parts for your watch from the factoryThe nature of the watch parts business is that they take time to get and it can be unpredictable when we receive themWhile I understand your frustration, the good news is that we have received the bracelet for your watch and
it is is in our shop for installationYour watch should be returned to you shortly

Just spoke with the watchmaker, it will be shipped end of next weekThe customer simply could have called us direct, emailed, or live chatted with us and we could have gotten the same informationThe Revdex.com is not a platform for simple status inquiries

 I am not at all confused about the fact that [redacted] promised to return my watch to mr on December *, 2915.  He has not done so.  I have no interest in any estimate for the watch's repair.  I simply wish to retrieve my watch.  Please stop stalling and asking me to view this long awaited estimate.  I have no interest in any estimate as I do not wish to have this company repair my watch.  I want my watch returned to me as promised.  I have [redacted]'s word that he would initiate the process for returning my watch to me on the date mentioned.  The estimate did no appear until after the beginning of [redacted].  Please return my watch to me.  If necessary, I will have my lawyer initiate legal proceedings in order to retrieve my watch.

Please have Revdex.com intervene here. The customer has been now told multiple times the process with which to obtain their watch back without repair. The customer is not complying with the simple procedure.

We not only spent hundreds of dollars in parts to cover a non warranty issue. But the watch ships today, and the customer received a tracking number yesterday.

The business does not address my comments re my telephone conversation with Business manager [redacted] on June *. Again, he offered to fix the damaged stem and crown. He recommended I send the watch back to them and instructed to call him first if I decided to do so. I told him I have no confidence in their work. Is he denying this conversation did not take place?
