I made the mistake of registering my credit card information with CVS *** for mail order prescriptions; I've had issues with them auto-charging me for 30-day prescriptions from my doctor I did not order in the past When this has occurred (two or three times), I laid down and paid it without complaint
Recently, I placed an order for a $generic brand prescription When I received the order, though, I noticed they had auto-charged and mailed me a $name-brand prescription I've been making efforts to return this for refund via their online "care" and call center without any progress This is borderline theft

I am rejecting it because my organization's HR department contacted CVS/Caremark directly when they found out about this complaint/situationCVS/Caremark provided the very same resolution for this complaint, so I don't want a duplication of resolution.I thank Revdex.com for following up to CVS/Caremark regarding thisI truly appreciate their help! CVS Caremark forced me to change my daily Asthma medication from picking it up in the stores, to ordering it through the mail, which I have done That was a week ago I am currently out of my Asthma medication, and they can't tell me when I will get it!!!!!!!! They are putting my health at risk and they aren't doing anything about it!!!!!!
I was billed $for medication that I did not receive, nor did I request to have that medication mail orderedI contacted CVS Caremark *** at the time I got notice on I explained to the representative that I had not ordered or requested to have an *** inhaler mailed to me, not did I approve of the billThe representative gave an explanation that I was responsible for the cost of that medication when it was sent because the doctor placed the order and "it's cvs' policy" to mail the first refill without needing permission I don't mind paying for items I received, but I, in fact, did not receive the medication they claim to have sent

As the administrator of the *** *** health plan, we are required to administer the prescription portion of the benefit plan in accordance with the benefit features adopted by *** ***In review of ***'s concerns we were able to verify that two separate letters were sent informing *** that under the employer-sponsored benefit plan she would need to begin filling day suppliesThe day supplies can be filled through either CVS/caremark mail service pharmacy or at a local CVS/pharmacyOne letter was sent in regards to one of ***’s medication on March 16, and one letter was sent for one of her daughter’s medication on February 9, The benefit plan states that once a member has reached the benefit plan retail fill limitation for a medication at a local retail pharmacy, the options are to use either the CVS/caremark mail order service or the Maintenance Choice program at a CVS/pharmacy retail location. The Maintenance Choice program provides participating plan members with the choice of receiving up to a day supply of medication through a CVS/pharmacy for the same copayment as mail orderAny medications that are filled outside of this benefit plan fill limitation will result in *** being responsible for 100% of the cost of the dispensed supply as filling medications outside of these two options is not covered by the benefit planAny request for paper claims reimbursement for medications filled outside of the plan benefit limit will be denied. I recently received prescription medication from CVS/Caremark and I was charged an amount of money CVS did not apply the manufacturers secondary insurance card with an rxbin and group number They told me that this is not their practice This is incorrect because I receive specialty medication from them as well where they do apply the manufacturers secondary insurance card I would like for CVS/Caremark to discount my prescriptions, observe the secondary insurance card that they do in other aspects of their business In addition, the fact that they did not communicate that they do not take these secondary forms of insurance was never communicated to me at the time of filing This is deceptive business practice and should not occur in health care where peoples lives and health are effected by business decisions Since they take it for the specialty pharmaceutical my understanding would be that they would accept it for these other medications as well
I ordered four medications through mail order servicetotaling $It was shipped by *** MAIL INNOVATIONS*** says they transferred to Post OfficePost Office says they never received packageI need these medications before I run out of them at no extra costs to me
A few weeks ago I sent a paper check, check no***, not an electronic check by mail to CVS Caremark Mail Order Pharmacy for $ for a year's supply of medicineOrdinarily, if a check takes two weeks or more to clear my bank the reason would be that the check was slow in reaching the merchantEither the postal service was late in delivering my check or the companies mail room was backloggedWhen the check finally reached the merchant, the merchant would cash the check that very day and the check would clear my bank the day after In the case of CVS Caremark, according to their own customer service, the check reached the company on February 24, CVS Caremark DID receive the funds and applied them to the year's supply of medicine The only problem was, the check never cleared my bankI contacted *** *** *** ***, my bank, to conduct a search to see if the check ever entered their bank After a thorough search, *** *** stated they had no evidence that

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. CVS took over months and multiple calls to consider my requests to address the inappropriate chargesThey rejected my requests at multiple levels of customer representative/management and only took my request seriously when I was on the phone so long (well over an hour) January 27, with them that while waiting multiple times during the call on hold I told them that I was filling in the Revdex.com complaintAt that point, their manager involved said they would re-review the situation and get back to me multiple business days later on their responseI had been told previously in complaints that they would review the situation and get back with meThese promises were made by both CVS and my bank debit card holder they charged originallyI had to follow up on both accounts because CVS rejected the claimsI still do not have a check from CVS (6-days later) and do not trust CVS to deliverResolution of this issue took me many hours on quite a few days and they rejected my requests and my banks requests even well after the unneeded medication was confirmed returned to CVS un-opened in the original packaging and delivery box. Clearly, CVS took excessive time and made it very difficult form me to get refunded for the excessive charges they made to my debit card without informing meIt hardly seems, as they state that they value me as a customer after withholding refunding me for over monthsIn discussing this with multiple people this does not appear to be an isolated case but more a standard practice

We have had nothing but issues with CaremarkSo seriously disappointed in this RX carrierMy doctor had to file appeals for necessary life sustaining medsThat took multiple appeals and getting an HR involved etcNow they are denying the same meds they previously approved beforeAfter the last appeal that was approved (as I am allergic to other options,) caremark sent my doctor documents and said as long as I had the same policy and plan this med would be covered and no more appeals for this med would be needed as I am allergic to all other similar optionsNow they are denying it again and telling me to try other generic meds that I am allergic to or say I will have to again have my doctor file an appeal and wait for them to make a decision IF they will approve to cover it again or notHow hard is it to know it's my only option as I am allergic to all other similar medications and it is life sustaining and necessary for me to take this medicationWorst RX provider to deal with
CVS Caremark would not fulfill order placed by my MD late December so the MD resubmitted exactly the same order and documentation January 4, CVS shipped with a 100% price increase over the and prices previously charged for the same prescriptionI complained vigorously and for my safety, as the order had been charged to the credit card on file, told CVS to remove my credit card number from their systemI was shocked and angered when CVS shipped the same order again and charged my credit cardAt this point I was more than upset and complained to a customer service representative about the fulfillment department's incompetence or duplicityThat sympathetic customer service representative arranged to send me a return label for the second orderI returned both orders at the same timeBoth containers were unopened*** tracking showed that CVS received the packageDiscover card reversed the charges for me after being informed about the details, but CVS Car

I am looking at different insurance companies with our benefit choice enrollment approaching, Caremark is the approved pharmacy manager for the plan I am looking at I spoke with the insurance company and was able to get all my questions answered I then called Caremark and hit nothing but brick walls I called to ask about medications for my wife (transplant patient) and myself (diabetic type insulin dependent) I was told that there was no way to know what co-pays would be I find this to be unacceptable You don't just jump into something without first researching We are told by the State to call these companies for information, then its not provided
I became a Caremark member in January and form the beginning have had customer service and access issuesI was unable to access the website to place an order and requested support where I was promised contact which I never receivedI then escalated to the Office of the President and received a message form *** *** who said everything was fixed, despite me still not having accessI reached out to him and spoke directly with him and wass finally able to gain access in late January

This is the second time this company, has given me the run around about a prescriptionFirst of all, they sent my eye doctor an authorization form in which my eye doctor faxed to them times, and they keep complaining they haven’t gotten the formThen without any reason, they have denied me by *** eye drops that I need, because I have been diagnosed with severe eye drynessI have been using *** for over years, and CVS Health who have never met me or anything is denying me of a prescription I seriously needThis is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of using, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemyThis company is horribleI need my *** and they have no legitimate reason denying me this prescription
