When they came out to install our NEW Tran central air unit something was installed wrong The a/c unit is now blowing cold air into my attic It shakes all the windows in our home and runs extremely loud A brand new system should not sound like this I have called multiple times and it takes them an extremely long time to get back to us When they did send a technician out to our home he did not speak any English and did NOT fix any of our concerns nor could he understand what we were trying to explain to him He attempted to tell us that he put rubber stoppers at the bottom of our ton unit I am not happy with the service that has been done to my home

They did a good job and price on replacing my account unit

Was still in warranty last year the system is now years old and have to get the dam thing fixed againI have a leak and the Freon again this yearTold them it leaked out, and they told me it was normal! Spoke with a few other Air Condition repair men and said that it is not true that I do have a leak and it should have been coveredI would like my system to work and the parts that should have been replaced last year to be replaced under the warr of the system

I would like to share a very positive experience that I had with Cardinal heating and cooling

USED UNIT WAS INSTALLED FOR $1400 WITH A 1YR WARRANTY NOBODY EVER GIVES A 10YR WARRANTY ON USED PRODUCT THATS A LIE. HE WAS CHARGED OVER 1YR AGO FOR THE USED UNIT AND THATS IT WE HAVE NOT CHARGED ANYTHING ELSE ON HIS CREDIT CARD. HE CALLED US BACK OUT FOR A SERVICE CALL WHICH WE DID FREE OF CHARGE...

THE CUSTOMER IS UPSET BECAUSE HE CALLED OVER WEEKEND AND WE WERE CLOSED. I TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER AND HE WILL NOT RETURN ARE CALLS TO ASK HIM WHY HE WOULD PUT SUCH A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND LIE ABOUT IT.PLEASE REMOVE THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW BECAUSE CUSTOMER IS NOT BEING HONEST.
