Southcenter Parkway, Tukwila, WA 98188...this place terrible...they damaged my grand new truck after install remote starter..the truck interior got multiple burn marks and they tried to cover it with sealantI found out and of course both manager and technician denied everything..cause they did try to hide it...and the truck is brand new they are the first one work on it..please don't go there..their honesty and services are garbage Finally got contact from *** manager to go Federal way cartoys for inspections and after that never hear from them again

I submitted a complaint and was waiting to respond once the business sent me the equipment as discussed in the complaint responseThey still haven't sent the equipment after multiple attempts to reach them so I went on the Revdex.com website to close the complaint as dissatisfied but your group already closed it as “Answered- Revdex.com has not heard back from the consumer as to their satisfaction with the business's response.” How could I have responded if I didn't know whether or not they were going to do as they said? As we now know they didn't follow through with their agreement and I would like to adjust the claim to I'm dissatisfied because they did not take action as they agreed toThis has been the same issue I've had with them when not utilizing the Revdex.com which is why I waited for them to take actionI genuinely appreciate what your company does for the consumer

I have not received one penny of refund from Car Toys I did check with my American Express Coto see if there was a refund on my credit card ant they verified that NOTHING had been refunded to my accountIf Cartoys is willing to repair the damages done to my SUV by their people, I would like the repairs NOT done at the Tacoma Mall Blvd, but at the next closest Car Toys facilities Furthermore, I request Don L*** to clarify how mush of my $Car Toys will be refunding
PS: I am a 100% Military Service Disable Veteran This entertainment system was for my Wife whom I may soon be leaving

I took my Truck in to upgrade just the speakersIn a way I bullied by the sales rep to get a sub woofer and an amp by saying that the truck would sound terrible without it outThey had a dollar case for a sub woofer which they said they could not make workWe will get back to thatAfter then install I took my truck home and parked it for a weekI went to start my truck and noticed it had a dead batteryThe battery was a years old so I didn't think much of it at the timeAfter the battery was installed we started to notice that there was a high pitched whine sound when you accelerated the vehicleThat was very loud and took it back to car toys to seeAfter three hours of waiting only to be told the in there opinion that the alternator was badWe took it to a shop had it tested and it was fine, but they did suggest that we upgrade the alternator to handle the new ampThat said we took it back to car toys to with the same issue high pitched whine they could not get rid of

Took car in for stereo problem , during the visit after repairs were made one of the employees had an accident in the vehicle which resulted in $8,in damageswe were told to take the vehicle to any place that we trusted to do the work and they would pay for the damages.Now they have changed their mind and the insurance company only wants to settle the matter for $4,which does't cover the cost of the repairs.Mind you threw no fault of our own these damages were obtained

DO NOT make the mistake of working with Car ToysI spent over $on a Pioneer Apple Ready car radio two years agoIt recently started acting up so we took it in to C T to have it looked atI was told that it's a "bad" radio, basically a lemon and that there is nothing they can/will do about itIf I refused to stand behind my service/products, and treated customers in the same manner, I would not be in business very longI find it hard to believe that a company this big does not have the purchasing power muscle and voice to stand behind defective productsI will never do business with Car Toys again and will make sure to tell everyone in my sphere of influence not to either
I never have done a review ever, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong wayMy step son had purchased an Apple Car Play deck from them and t weeks later the screen was coming off of itI immediately called and asked what we could doI was told by the associate to bring it down and they would exchange itI asked If they had any in stock and I was told yesI asked to have one held for us since we live over an hour away and could not get down till Friday(days from the time of the phone call) I was told no they can'tSo on Friday I take the unit out of the car for my son to returnI then called and was informed that they do not have the same model but do have the new model of itSaid they would exchange the unit for the new oneI then have my son drive all the way to the store it was purchased atThey communicate to him that he needs to pay dollars if he wants to exchange it for the new modelSo I call back and speak with the manager and he explains that's how it is because of what he paid for the original itemUnderstood, but retail is the same and he bought the original unit on saleI explained that communicating that over the phone would go a long way with the customerI was informed that I they assume everyone knows how retail works and these are common ways of doing businessThe manager also said he was doing me a favor by allowing the exchange because we were days over the day period for exchangesEven though I called a week ago and they would not hold a unit for exchange Way to try and turn your stores poor communication around onto the customerI will never do business with any Car Toys store againIf there was a difference in price, tell the person before they get to your storeThey ended up taking care of it with a floor model but that is just not the sameI do not want a used unit to replace the brand new unit that was just purchasedBy the way, I was in this industry for almost years and we would have never treated a customer this wayWe would have clearly explained what we expected for a return on the phone or in this case exchanged for the same or newer unit based on equal cost/retail not what the customer paid

Cartoys has a stereo advertised as FREE INSTALLATION with purchase of new car stereo pioneer AVH nex for $ Butafter asking the salesman for the deal because I would like the stereoThey charged me $??? I asked why and they said the steering wheel harness would be $plus a backup camera programming fee $ok so here is where it gets to the fraudulent advertisingIf that's the final cost about $then I would purchase itBut they even specifically told me that the rest of the cost was for installation! How can they charge installation fees for an advertisement that says FREE INSTALLATION!? Bad business practices for sure

I was blatantly lied to by the sales associate regarding the leasing contract I would be signingI was told, explicitly, that I would be signing a month lease to pay of a stereoI confirmed this multiple times with the sales associate multiple times before signing everythingI was told that I did not qualify for the month lease and I could only do a month leaseWhat I ended up signing was a month lease with a day payment option, quite different from what I was told I would be signing

I have had Car Toys perform various installs with only one issue with the Fenton branch! Now that I live in Irving, I’ve been taking my car to that branch for Customization work
A week ago, I’d gone to the Irving branch to add a 2nd set of Illuminated cup holders for my rear seats, and to find a solution to my battery being drainedThey offered to create a 2nd battery setup with an isolator System, at a price of $1,for both ($was for the cup holder project)The cup holder project worked perfectly but after letting my car sit for 2-days turned up with my having to jump start the primary battery which Car Toys of Irving said would no longer be drawing more than amps of current allowing it to always have enough pier to start my car no matter how king I let it sitA realistic
