Mr R[redacted] and I had an hour long conversation at the end of last week. Although no admission of guilt was made, restitution was offered and accepted. I believe Mr. R[redacted] is aware of what transpired while my car was in his staffs care, but once in again, in the pursuit of moving forward, I will consider the current claim closed once compensation has been received. To whom it may concern,
The customer contacted us back and had an appointment to come in for us to look at his car from his purchase and install from 2005. He missed his appointment and we are waiting for him to reschedule.
