We apologize for not being able to respond to [redacted] ***'s problem.? Sometimes we schedule jobs, and the previous jobs we are on that day, either take more time than anticipated, or some unforseen circumstance comes up.? We try to reschedule and most of the time we are able to respond and fix the problems.? In this case, we were not able to do so.? As we were rescheduling again,? [redacted] had someone else take care of? her problem, and? she cancelled the job all together.? Once again, we are sorry, and if she needs something else in the future we will be glad to come out and address it.? MrElectric
