Rick did an amazing job making the car buying process simple. With all of the stress of being in an accident and having the unexpected expense of being in this situation, it was comforting to be able to have someone help walk me through replacing my family's vehicle. No pressure of trying to force me into the most expensive car on the lot. It was nice to be able to take my time and really find the right car for myself.
