No star review In all actuality, my girlfriend got a car from here and is currently leasing it. A week ago we got the registration from MVD and now they’re saying we need to pay 104 and some change to get it from them. When they never informed me or my girlfriend that the car needed to be done through them. So they literally called us today at work and expected us to make it in before 6 pm with the 104 or we could never have the car registered. We got in at 5:55Pm on today’s date and they tried to push us out and not let us make the payment. The lady Murcell was very rude and condescending and literally told us we don’t know anything and we should learn stuff before we speak. Kept interrupting me and threw my girlfriends card at her literally under the thing and wouldn’t let anyone talk. Not only that, the people at cactus jacks don’t even do repair work or tell you if the cars been in a accident. My girlfriends car needed 1200 in tire repairs and she paid the money to still have the car turn to the right. Spent out of pocket money at Midas to fix the alignment cause the cactus jacks people clearly just took the money and didn’t know how to repair it. And the car still turns to the right. Don’t go to cactus jacks they won’t even give you a corporate number. That murcell lady needs to be fired ASAP. I’m going to the Revdex.com and all other forms of complaints until the business deals with their employees accordingly.

I have purchase a car from Cactus Jack on Bell RD and it was Finance throw Auto Now In Phoienix.. The car has been beacking down ever since I purchase from that desalership. I told the Finance (Auto Now) that the car is beaking down many times and they did not want to HELP me. So Im paying for a car that DONT RUN So they deceided to take the car and sold it to a auction and send me a letter after they took the car I only had it for a couple of months the rest the car was broken down, they made me pay services FEES and other FEES. I will not Finance from Auto Now or get a car from Cactus Jack on Bell RD .. Both company are a rip off and they are willing to take your money and mess up your credit. I have 5 cars on my credit all paid! Never had a Finance compnay take a car from me..I will not ref anyone to this company.

My cars fan went to dud and I had someone work on it but it wasn't getting fixed then I called randy and he was so helpful and fixed my car for me. I will always take my car to him because he always gets the job done correctly and he's honest! Cactus jack is lucky to have Randy and he's a great mechanic ! Thank you for everything!

My time spent today at Cactus Jack Auto in Avondale was fantastic. Tony worked with me on all levels and got me and my family in a great vehicle we can rely on.

I purchased a used car that functioned at the time of purchase, upon leqaving I had 4 mechanical issues the next day. The car still ran but when I took it to the repair shop that the dealer informed me they partner with they did not fix the issue with the struts that was causing excessive clicking when rotating the steering wheel. I contacted them about the issue to get it corrected and they refused. They told me to contact multiple phone numbers and they would definitely help fix the issue but but they only promised me a callback two separate times and never did. Ultimately they told me that it would cost $300 and This all has happened in a time span of 7 days. I acquired the car on 08/11/2017
