I do not like the products being sent. I cancelled my subscription, but paid for a year. I do not wish to receive the remainder of my order.
Purchased a whole year 10 months remaining and I do not wish to finish the subscription. I want a partial refund. I was told by customer service that I would have to continue my service, and no refunds would be offered.

Desired Outcome

Charge me a 2 month subscription, and refund the whole year; or deduct 2 months ($39 per month) from the $310 paid.

YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL OR IT WILL AUTO RENEW NO MATTER YOUR SUBSCRIPTION LENGTH. Ordered a three month subscription assuming it would not renew or I would receive a would you like to renew notice. I did not. I was auto renewed - shame on me I should have read the fine print. buried in the middle of the terms. The try us for a limited time marketing was deceptive. We had to replace two toys and the replacements that came were basically hard plastic sticks - no creativity.

Following my cancellation I was sent another box and upon requesting again it be cancelled I was told it was, however, since I had been charged for three boxes there was no refund and I would get three boxes. I am extremely disappointed in their business model.

These are supposed to be toys for huge pit bulls. "Power chewers" as they call them. My dog is only 35 pounds and destroyed her toy in 15 minutes.
The purchase was made on March 5th (order #2124, account #XXXX-XXXX). I had never purchased from them before, but my 35 pound retriever mix is pretty rough on most of her toys so we thought we would try some of them to see if we wanted to join the bully make box prescription. The first toy she tore to pieces within 15 minutes, it was the "Chompy tug by American Dog." It was $14 immediately wasted. The other toy was the "Wishbone by Bullymake" which she has already severely worn down. When I first contacted Bullymake's customer service she said I could return both items, but once I gave them my order number they asked if it was from the Bully make shop and THEN informed me they did not take returns from there. It was the first I had heard of that. They definitely never mentioned it when I made my purchase or else I never would have.

I would like a full refund for my purchase.

Our 14 day guarantee is only carried with our Bullymake subscription as listed at www.bullymake.com.

www.bullymakeshop.com, which is a completely separate domain, is typically used by our existing subscribers for re-order on the products they loved in their Bullymake Box and they are certain work for their dog.

Although we don't carry this guarantee and don't list it anywhere on the site at bullymakeshop.com, we will still issue a refund as requested. We apologize for any confusion.

I completely missed the SMALL print. I thought ordering a one month box, was just that ONE MONTH. NOT signing up for ongoing service. My surprise when I was billed for the next month. Very Difficult to cancel, and in the process kept being redirected for other options including LOWERING the price! My powerful chewer went through everything immediately.

Received our first box today, over a week after ordering.

This box was not shipped the next business day as promised on the website. I ordered on 3/3. Label was printed 3/4 but box was not dropped off at shipping facility until 3/7. Why not set expectations to within a week if they can't meet their own promise? That wasn't a complete deal breaker but their CS service was.

When I asked to cancel subscription, customer service did not say they would cancel - instead they mansplained shipping to me and how to track a package. Obs I know how to track or I wouldn't have seen that package wasn't actually mailed until the 7th. Had to email again about cancellation and got more mansplaining back.

Because of their lack of apology for late shipping and infuriating lack of CS, will not join again. If they're this awful about late shipping I don't want to take a chance with trying to get a destroyed toy replaced.

Box itself is ok - came with a treat dispenser, which I was looking forward to. The treats that came for the dispenser don't fit in it... if you push them in, they disintegrate into powder because they're soft. So that's a fail. My dog gave it a push but is uninterested in it or the veggie treats.

Gave the clover chew to my dog and she took it to her bed and is proceeding to ignore it.

Haven't opened the other treats yet.

Anyway, in my opinion this was too expensive for what you get, they set customer expectations too high with their shipping promise and fail to meet this, customer service needs some work, box needs to be curated better and match treats with toys properly.

Also noticed that they don't do ratings on their Facebook page... red flag.

Toys are sub-par, and replacements do not get sent.

I tried out a "cherry bomb" dog toy, as this company has toys recommended for "Power Chewers." Within less than 10 minutes, my dog had ripped the toy apart. The company promised that they would replace any toy, and so I contacted them to get a replacement. I was told they would send one, and reminded that they would not replace any replacement toys that were sent.

It has been two months now, and I have not received anything. Upon multiple attempts to contact customer service, I am told each time that they cannot find my information, and that this will get forwarded to another department and they will contact me. I have never been contacted, and have never received a replacement toy. I would not waste your time ordering from this company, they do not deliver on what they promise, and their customer service is nothing but a runaround.

My Bullymake box was so much fun to open. My furbabies are loving their new toys and think the treats are delicious!! I received 2 bully toys and 3 bags of treats. These toys are tough and with a 14 day guarantee, you can't go wrong. Definitely a winner!!

My black lab Charlotte gets so excited when she see the postal carrier walking to the door with her Bullymake Box every month. There are wonderful new treats and chew toys for her to choose from. I love the guarantee if she does destroy a toy within 2!weeks they will send a tougher replacement. She is my power chewer in the house. We have had great success so far! I would highly recommend getting your own subscription!

We love the surprise every month! Not a single toy has been destroyed! I would like to see more silicone toys as opposed to the hard nylon material. My vet recommends power chewers have soft toys otherwise they can break their teeth. Overall we love bullymake and the hours of chewing Joy our puppy gets!

I think this is such a Great idea...I love that each month something new comes for my dogs. They love the treats and it's fun to watch how excited they got when found out the box was for them.

They are proficient and prompt. When my puppy destroyed a toy, they made it easy to report and got a replacement toy to us fast!

We have been getting Bullymake boxes for our dog, Jayda, for about 6 months. She loves getting the boxes and I love the high-quality toys and treats she receives. She absolutely is not able to destroy these toys, which is a big plus!

Our fur baby absolutely loves her monthly box, she gets excited every time we carry one through the door. It comes with a couple of very tough toys and two to three healthy treats every month, if you bought these at say PetSmart it would cost you over $50. We are very happy with it and their customer service is great.

My power chewer loves his bully make box! He loves the treats and toys and knows when the box comes. The toys keep him occupied for hours and it's one of the best things I could have done for him . I highly recommend Bulky Make Box! They are awesome!
