This is a great company. Items delivered are as experienced.
Our pup RUGER LOVES Bullymake boxes
My dogs love the toys and most the treats. They have great customer service and replace the toys that get destroyed before 30 days!
This is such a great value. My dog who is a power chewer hasn't destroyed one of her toys yet. We do the toys only option and receive 4 toys in our box. I feel like if I purchased these at my pet store it would be at least 60$.
WE LOVE BULLYMAKE PRODUCTS!!!! Only thing my dog has NOT chewed up!!! The snacks are AWESOME also!!!
Outstanding product
I have spent a lot of money through the years trying to find the right toys for my boxer and Bulldogs and Bullymake is the solution I have been looking for!
Best dog toys/treats I have ever purchased. I love the themes as well
Their toys are completely destructible and poor quality. One of my dogs was able to tear apart and eat a portion of a rubber bone within an hour. A few weeks later he started showing symptoms of intestinal distress and after several x rays and visits to the vet they ultimately found that the bone had caused a blockage and he needed surgery right away. I totally understand that these things happen but when I contacted their customer service department they were completely cold and said that my purchased of three boxes (I had two remaining) were unrefundable. After I insisted several times, they offered to refund one of the two remaining boxes. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience.
My babies love their Bullymake box! The toys are perfect and the treats are made here in the USA.
Very impressed with the quality of toys, especially the butto chews. Our shepherd mix loved antlers (we didn't realize they could crack his teeth until it happened!) and we hadn't found anything that could both keep his interest and last more than a few days until now, including other types of nylon and chew toys.
He has some food sensitivities, just mild allergies that make him itchy, and so far only once in six months of the chicken/grain allergy boxes had he had any issues - and we don't know if that was from the treats or something else entirely.
Very satisfied with the Bullymake boxes!
Our 9 month lab loves the toys you send him! They can withstand his powerful jaws so we never have to replace the toys. The only one he did finally destroy was the knotef tough toy. He finally got the knot undone and just shred the rest of it. The toy did last for 8 months and that was with daily playing.
I have a pitbull that is 5 years old and just use to destroy every toy I gave her and we decided to give bullybox a try 3 months ago and we love it! The treats are healthy and my pup loves them and we haven't even come close to destroying a toy since the boxes started arriving! This was a great purchase and membership you can't go wrong with!
My dog loves bullymake and the toys are so durable!
Great company. Me and my dogs love the produCT's. Great quality, reasonable prices, and my pit who is a mega power chewer that normally demolished toys in a matter of minutes has been having a hard time chewing through these! The snake they send are healthy and they love them.
I received 2 toys from Bullymake in the March delivery, which were destroyed by the end of the day they were delivered. I have submitted photos of both, per their satisfaction guarantee, and have not heard back from them yet, on April 2. This is a huge disappointment, as I waited a long time to start my subscription, due to a desire to choose wisely and subscribe with a company with a good reputation. At this point I must say I am very disappointed with their guarantee and their customer service.
My little golden doodle chewed through the toy I ordered within 5 minutes of getting it. On the website it says 100% guaranteed if destroyed within 14 days. I wrote about it on Facebook and was immediately told to send a picture and it would absolutely be replaced with a new toy asap. Weeks go by and NOTHING. I email the company and after about 5-6 email threads in which nobody had any clue what they were talking about, they finally come up with "they only warrantee toys from subscriptions". It does not say that anywhere on their website and why would anyone in their right mind get a subscription without trying a toy first anyway?? It almost looks like they don't sell individual toys anymore even thought this was only about 2 months ago that I purchased.. and yes I have the receipt. Toy was a choking hazard within 5 minutes- that's the bottom line. Shameful customer service. Complete waste of money and complete waste of time dealing with the endless ridiculous emails/website chats until someone came up with the stupid bogus excuse. Also- I tried to post this review on their website, but it seems to only post favorable reviews.
We ordered a 3 month subscription for our dog and our sons dog and his girlfriends dog. The toys and treats were not exciting and could have just gone to Petsmart and bought the same things and probably for less. So after a quarter we cancelled by following their directions on their website. They replied why and didn't cancell the subscription. The next thing we know is our account is charged for another 3 months for all dogs. And now they only want to refund part of the money and want us to pay for the shipping of all 3 boxes back. They have no phone to call and you just have to email or chat. They are all very rude and this company is a scam. DONT DO IT!!!!!
I want to echo what several other reviewers have said about their incredibly deceptive 'subscription' business model and poor customer service. I signed up for a three-month subscription. I either did not notice or did not recall that they indicated they would auto renew, however I also would have thought I would receive some sort of renewal reminder or a question on if I would like to confirm I would renew. Instead, a charge went through on my credit card and I received a notice saying I was renewed. I immediately contacted BullyMake to request that my renewal not be processed and was told that a box had already shipped (this was literally within hours of the renewal being processed on their end) so they could not cancel the renewal. This sort of practice is bad news as it is clear their intent is to force customers to pay for something they do not want but have either forgotten they need to proactively take action on or had not even realized they needed to take action to cancel. They wait to tell you until it is too late to do anything about the 'auto-renewal'. In fact, when I made my request to not process the renewal, I was told defensively of all the places they have their subscription information listed, as though they assume I am regularly cruising their website to be sure I know all their policies - even three months after making the original purchase. I was further told that my only option was to receive the box and send it back to them - something not possible as my original purchase had been a gift and it would be wildly inappropriate to ask the recipient of the original three-month gift to do as they suggested (basically, I'd be telling the person to return what they would have every reason to believe was part of the original gift). BullyMake gives a bad name to subscription services and practices a bullying business practice that I thought most companies knew better than to try in today's day and age of online reviews and forums. I cannot advise highly enough to NOT give them your business. One last note I'll add is that I rarely leave reviews - positive or negative, however my experience with BullyMake was sufficiently negative that I feel compelled to help others by offering my experience.
