Bullymake did not contact me to discuss responding or refunding my May subscription box; only kept referring me to take it up with USPS.
On 5/5/18, I realized my subscription box was being sent to the wrong address. I informed Bullymake as soon as I knew, and all they did was refer me to contact USPS. I left for a business trip right after, and could not attend to it until I returned. When I first checked with my neighbor (5/13), they mentioned they never saw the box. However, a different resident of the home spoke with my in-laws (5/24), and stated the box was returned back to the sender immediately the day it was received. Rather than inform me of the return (or arrange for a new shipment), Bullymake stayed quiet. They did not intend to fulfill their obligations.
Unsatisfactory refund was finally issued today (5/29) after several upsetting email exchanges. Prefer to have received 1/2 of the annual subscription ($367/yr) returned, but I feel I'm counting pennies with a company that does not care.
The box in question was shipped on 4/30/2018, via USPS tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with the link located here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
The status is delivered and not marked returned to sender as the customer claims. Any packages returned to sender would carry this tracking status.
Once a parcel has left our facility, there is nothing we can do to alter it's course or stop final delivery as we are not a shipping service. We utilize the USPS for final delivery of all parcels.
It is the consumer's responsibility to keep their address updated within their account (which they may update at any time, or request that we update it for them) - so that their monthly packages arrive to the correct address. We cannot update this information as we have no way of knowing when a customer changes address or needs the box to be delivered elsewhere (as is the case here).
We correctly fulfilled 7 months of packages prior to the consumer contacting us. We always have every intention of fulfilling our customer's payments.
We have also already refunded $152.92, or 5/12 months that the customer did not receive as he requested.
Please see screenshot of past deliveries. The customer was refunded in full of all boxes not received on 5/29.
There is no way to cancel your subscription on the website. They send follow up emails after they let you know its canceled while just marking your subscription as on hold. I have had no less than 3 conversations about canceling my account. (Bullymake didn't cancel it at all) It was nice enough a little pricy for what I got; and they missed shipping me one box or it was stolen not sure which. They didn't do anything about it. Honestly someone needs to read a copy of "Give them the Pickle" or possibly any customer service book that puts the customer back into the service. I paid for a full year; I just want them to stop attempting to charge my card. (Its actually been cxl at this point) The pain of dealing with this negates how much I originally liked Bullymake. Actually I would like my box that wasn't delivered as well.
I was not satisfied with the toys after a couple of shipments. I requested to cancel my subscription. Even though I cancelled with multiple emails, they said I had not replied to their emails asking if I really wanted to cancel. I did reply twice! How many times does a person have to request to cancel? I am disputing charges with my credit card company as I have copies of the emails sent with my request. Please be aware of their ploy to keep charging your credit card and sending boxes to which you must pay to ship back.
I've been trying to cancel my subscription with Bullymake since 2/17/17to no avail. I have contacted them 3 times, & they do respond, but don't cancel

requesting a refund on this current order and the last order, since I requested the cancellation already on February 17, 2018.

Dear Bullymake
Okay, I guess I have to tell you to cancel my subscription by responding to this particular email. Following are the terms for cancellation from your website. It just states that I can cancel at any time. But after I cancelled, you still sent me three more months worth of boxes because I didn't respond to this email. I am not seeing that in the terms.
'Subscriptions and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription from renewing at any time - however - we are unable to refund any unshipped boxes in the middle of your current subscription. Your subscription purchase is final immediately after you purchase and will remain final throughout the entirety of the life of the subscription purchased. You will receive all Bullymake Boxes paid for.
You must also cancel your subscription renewal prior to being renewed. We are unable to refund your subscription renewal after renewal has taken place, as your order will already be processed and ready for shipment.'
At this point I've paid for 3 boxes that you sent to me unsolicited after I cancelled my subscription. The first request was sent Feb. 17, 2018, but you keep saying I'm not cancelling in time because the shipment was already underway. I cancelled Feb. 17, 2018 and the next (March) box wasn't shipped until March 8. 2018. I notified you 19 days prior to shipment. At this time, I feel a refund in the amount of $117.00 would be appropriate.
So how, exactly do I cancel? I am totally confused.Hopefully the Revdex.com can help me understand your terms.
I just want my subscription cancelled, no further boxes sent AND a refund for the three boxes they continues to send me after I requested them to stop sending them. I received three unwanted boxes at $39.00 a box for a total of $117.00
Due to the customer service error I see regarding this concern, I have refunded the requested purchases in full. Our apologies for any miscommunication.
We love the Bullybox!! If you have a power chewer who chews through plush toys like it's nothing, this is the product for you. The toys last long and I love the themes they have with the boxes. Very fun to bond with your dog(s) and it's fun to come home to the package and be excited for your doggie(s) to have some great, long lasting toys to chew on. I would highly suggest this to anybody with a pitbull!
We love Bullymake box, we even switched from Bark Box because the quality of the toys is so much better. We recently had an issue with receiving duplicate boxes (A simple issue to fix) The customer service agent I dealt with (Jacky) made rude comments to me and flat out told me I was wrong because I received the right box. I was appalled by her emails, she either needs to be re trained or let go, that's not how you deal with customers.
We just received our first box. The toy is still in one piece which is amazing since most "durable" toys from the store are in pieces within 1 hour of purchase.
Bullymake is an awesome business!! I have a pitbull is a power chewer.. we have tried all kinds of chew toys and they are destroyed within minutes, but have been getting Bullymake for about 6 months and we highly recommend it, your dog will definitely enjoy it and so will your pocket book.ð?¶ð???
I have received my 2nd box from Bullymake. The toys and treats for my dog are high quality. The amount of treats and toys that Bullymake sends are a good value for what I have paid.
We love bullymake! I have a 1 yr old Labrador. The only toys he cannot chew up are the ones we get from bullymake.

Believe it or not our little Bichon Friese wrecked everything in a Barkbox within seconds because she is such a heavy chewer. Then we discovered Bullymake. She loves the treats and the toys are indestructible! We highly recommend them with a 5 star review!

Great service my dog and my friends dogs love the snacks and toys. A few months ago I didnt realize I had to cancle order. I contacted them they refunded me so I ordered the 6 month supply the second time around. I would definately refer them to others

I have a 9 1/2 year old Lab who is very gentle w his "fluffies". Fostered a VERY active 1 1/2 y.o. who gave birth to 7 pups. They have DESTROYED every fluffie in the house ! Got the box for Power Chewers and life is spectacular once again. Young ones LOVE your products and my old Lab is content once again. :0)
