I have loved the service and the products and variety. Every interaction has been positive.

I am so glad we found BULLYMAKE. We have 5 dogs who chew. I was tired of them chewing shoes, kids toys and even furniture. I would purchase dog toys at the local store but they would be demolished within a day or two. We decided to give BULLYMAKE a try. The dogs like these chew toys and they have held up through MONTHS of chewing. Definitely worth it!

So my first month I was excited because I have a power chewier. And I was hoping for more toys than treats. Puppy wasn't too found of the toy but adored the treats!

Quinn loves her "can" filled with treats and loves the challenge getting the treats out. Fun to watch her do it too.

Great toys for turf chewers. My Rotty has had his "tire" for 3 months and hasn't made a dent in it...

I have 3 bulldogs (1 English, 2 Frenchies) and they absolutely LOVE their Bullybox each month. I can't buy toys in the store that last as long as the ones we get from BULLYMAKE. It has been the best money I've spent on my babies!

I have two pit bull mixes, they destroy every toy I buy from a target or even a pet store. I mean like in HOURS, it's torn to pieces. Bully make toys have later months!! They are still playing with ones we got months ago!! A few times when they send the treat holder kind, like where toy stick a treat or peanut butter in it, they DO break those up pretty fast because they're more flexible rubber. But they will replace them for free!! The treats they send are also super unique and fun and organic! For the price, I easily get like triple my money's worth of stuff!

I must say the concept of putting a tougher toy inside the stuffing filled toy...genius! Myself and my power corgi chewer Gem absolutely love Bullymake. From the treats, to the toys, & easy home delivery.....2 paws and 2 thumbs up from us!!!

Bullymake is awesome! Our Boxer/pitmix loves the treats and has yet to destroy any of her toys.

Our dog usually chews thru the in the bully box within a day or two. Both of our dogs love the treats!

We all love our Bullymake box! My puppies still manage to chew up a few toys they send, but they always replace them with something's new for free and no shipping cost on that either!! Such a great company and products my pups them the toys and U love how excited they get!! Also cheaper than going to the pet store to keep replacing ones they chew up really fast!

My dog loves getting his bully box. The treats always smell and look amazing and the fact the are grain free and natural are even better since he has allergies. Hes had no problems with these at all. The chevys are great and he loves getting them and chews on them all the time. Great products and my dog approved also ð??ð???

I've onky had bullymake for two months and honestly I'm very very pleased with this company. My dog literally eats everything we give her but all the toys from our first two months of boxes are still intact and in great shape. You get three bags of treats that are all different whenever you get a monthly box and it is very convenient because about the time that we run out of treats the new box is already on the way. I honestly love this company; they're saving me so much.

Automatically renewed subscription with no warning & failure to even acknowledge my request to cancel due to inability to receive and afford service
I purchased a 3 month subscription to this service and failed to realize that it automatically renewed. That is my fault. However, unlike other similar services I've received in the past, I was not notified of a pending renewal until my card was charged. When I emailed the company to request that the renewal be cancelled and my card refunded, I received a cheery supposedly personal response indicating that "There is no need to sign back up every month as you will continue to receive boxes at your doorstep! Hence, the recent charge for the current season's box."

The customer service representative had clearly failed to read my complaint indicating that I could not afford the charge and that I would be out of town for the next 2 months and consequently could not receive the packages. If they were unable to issue a refund, I was at least expecting an offer to defer the service for two months.

Desired Outcome

I would like for the $108 to be refunded and the service cancelled, to have the service deferred until I am back in town and able to receive the packages, or at least to have a customer service representative contact me after actually reading my concerns and providing an actual explanation instead of a form email that effectively ignored my issue. If I do not hear from the company with a satisfactory response in 24 hours, I will stop payment on the charge.

Signed up for one month to try it out. Decent enough toys, but we realized it wasn't for us and I cancelled. What I didn't know was that I actually was charged for three months in full, and couldn't stop shipment or be refunded for two more months of toys. They refuse to refund anything, although I selected just one month (bait and switch). It's written pretty plainly that they will not honor any requests for refunds. So hey, I get it. If that's how they want to do business, then good for them. It's too late to dispute the charge on my credit card, so learn from me. AVOID this company unless you want a headache to deal with as you try to cancel your order.

They make it difficult to cancel. You have to contact them instead of being able to do it yourself online. then they keep trying to hard sell you on keeping it.

A monthly subscription should NOT occur when you buy a one time gift. However it does, and refunds/returns are refused. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO GIVE A ONE TIME GIFT. I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them.
