Thanks for your responseAs you can imagine, this kind of response isn't that helpful to my inquiryI can assure you I've familiarised myself greatly with your Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, and yet I'm struggling to find anything at all that might warrant my account being disabledI can also assure you that after waiting for almost a year and a half for a response after having my account disabled without warning nor explanation I'm a touch more willing to pursue this than the average person!I look forward to your response

The response is a slap in the face.
It is nothing more than the same rhetoric and non-human responses I received previously
I specifically asked to use my existing NICK NAME that I have had for over years because of an ex who has stalked me, was abusive and is still not mentally well and I have been told he is still holding a grudge against me
I have pleased times with the requests from Facebook which are nameless, faceless generic responses that do not care how a person feels about their name being out on Social Media
My account was hacked by my ex and compromised by my ex years ago, and that is why I put all the security measures and settings in place, made my password alpha-numeric with upper and lower case, AND changed my name to a NICK NAME
that my ex DIDN'T KNOW. I am not associated with*** his family, friends or anyone he could find me through.
I want to use my ORIGINAL NICK NAME that I have been using for the past years....IMMEDIATELY !!

I have reported this hacking so many time I cannot even count When I clicked on the link for hacked accounts, it sent me to a blank page
Facebook had informed me after several complaints that I should use my phone number as my User Name; using my phone number led to *** *** *** and her page The fact that she was not banned after first report, and all the people I blocked and reported that were supposed "friends" just led to more vulnerability on my end She unblocked ALL those people I do not know them and I feel completely betrayed by FaceBook At one point I had so many fake Pages using my former phone number-with two of those pages containing pictures of my brother
The answer to my complaint was less than helpful If you don't handle hacking on this "channel", I would have appreciated a little more help in finding some more protection Apparently, after my first complaint to FaceBook, the aggregious methods she used (using my name, using my phone number) and the fact that every other site I visited, and clicked on the FaceBook loled me straight to her page
It took DAYS to reply with a non-answer I HAVE reported this hacking Many,many times.Sincerely,*** ***

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI have regained access to my account, although I can't figure out exactly why I was blocked in the first place It seems that I was blocked after mistyping my password I wish that your company had better policies in place for situations like these I think that an email should have been sent to me immediately after the incident alerting me of the problem and offering a solution to fix it Having no customer support to reach out to regarding my situation was very frustrating I am glad the issue has now been resolved

My account was hacked so if something was violated it wasn't me I have been telling you for years now of this hacking issue and since you blocked me from my account how can I fix any violation that I was not aware ofThe violation was more than likely done by the fraudulent hacker and I was never notified of whatever supposedly violated....whatever was violated.
The proper action would be to make an effort to contact the actual FB account holder vsLocking them out of information they have a right toI understand what is posted on FB is the PROPERTY OF THE ACCOUNT HOLDERHowever if an online thief hacks the account how do you expect the TRUE owner of the account to rectify the violation if you lock them out Again you need to unlock my account and give me the opportunity to fix the violation that I did not do......its a violation caused by a hacker/ thief
