Facebook have told me numerous times
when submitting a review for my account that they will "get back to me" and "respond" but they never have, in ALL my cases included in my last complaint, and some from an old account, I have not received one single message from Facebook personally in regards to my accountMy account was unblocked the other day for THREE minutes, I logged in, messaged a friend and then got instantly locked out againThis is not acceptableI want my account unblocked, reactivated in your system and an email of apology stating this won't happen again to my account unless you can PROVE I am violating your terms of serviceBut I haven'tOn the account in question under the email listed here I am using my REAL name, talking to REAL people and adding my REAL friensNot spamming or posting anything offensive, and all I'm doing is liking posts and messaging friendsWhy am I being blocked for that? Isn't that not what you do on Facebook?
I want this resolved quickly and efficiently in my favour as I have NOT done anything to violate your Ts and CsI just want to talk to my friends.

Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because: it does not help meI have gone to the hacked account page many times, but as I stated in my original complaint, all log in information has been changed (trusted friends, email address, phone number etc)
I can provide screen shots of the emails I received from Facebook regarding the changes that were made, which would prove, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that this is my accountI don't feel it is unreasonable to have access granted to me to an account that is clearly mine. Sincerely,*** ***

I do not understand if I contacted you for some help and you just forward me something which they forward to everyoneThen what is the use of contacting you. The Facebook reply is vagueI believe they know a common consumer can not touch them. I really believed there were checks and balances in place but I guess that's the way the world goes in the favor of the rich and powerful.
