Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I need them to actually help me solve this problem not tell me how to solve on my own I have already attempted to solve my login problem several times in the last years with no results other than to be completely ignored and receiving the runaround which is not surprisingly continuing to happen The message I receive when I attempt to login is "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documentsWe appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." I have been receiving this message since October of I was told to submit a picture of my ID which I have done numerous times to no avail It would be actually helpful if some real live person would acknowledge and respond to my pleas for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
