Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I tried out the suggestions you provided me to no availThis is because the email I was using then was deactivated by the email provider and I completely forgot the password I had resetSecondly, that facebook account does not provide the option of using friends' email accounts I would kindly suggest that you hide the information on that account [redacted] to be hidden from other facebook users and then delete the account on my behalf since I have absolutely no means of accessing it.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I need them to actually help me solve this problem not tell me how to solve on my own I have already attempted to solve my login problem several times in the last years with no results other than to be completely ignored and receiving the runaround which is not surprisingly continuing to happen The message I receive when I attempt to login is "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documentsWe appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." I have been receiving this message since October of I was told to submit a picture of my ID which I have done numerous times to no avail It would be actually helpful if some real live person would acknowledge and respond to my pleas for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is the same thing that I have got in my own mailbox, the only thing they say is that I need to go to the helpcenter.Because of my own hard work and uncountable mails I have got my own profile backThey won't read my complaint and only direct to there help page, which I have read and tried to contact multple times.Thanks to Facebook there where two fake accounts of me, they did not want to help with tracking an IPand after that they deleted meI won't accept this stupid anwser that I also got in my own mailboxThey don't listen and want to help, because of them I have a lot of trouble Sincerely, [redacted]
