Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have alteady pursued each of these measures several times at Facebook's Help Center to no avail, as I outlined clearly in my original complaint to the Revdex.comAdditionally, as I have also already disclosed, I have attempted to contact Facebook when following their instructions failedI have, as of yesterday, submitted government identification, at the prompting of the Revdex.comI will state one last time that the only response from Facebook in the many months that I have undertaken their Help Center measures is this: a re-direct to a FB error message that says, "Sorry, something went wrongWe are working on a solution." In light of all the above, I will only be satisfied with this matter by direct contact via email or phone call from a Facebook representative and the quick restoration of access to my accountThis includes NO more redirecting me to use their Help Center, as six months of doing so results in only the above messageMuch of my personal information is being held by this company, and clearly not handled carefully enough, as I have not done anything to warrant being somehow barred from my own account without notice or explanationThis is a violation of trust and privacy that requires personal and professional remediationPlease note that I will be traveling now through September Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although Facebook has made an initial response it is unsatisfactory. Several days have passed since I first received an email thru the BBB from [redacted] who works for Facebook. Since that time, absolutely nothing has been done to rectify the issue at hand. I did email [redacted] thru the BBB the URL for my personal profile page, as well as the ministry page. Several days after receiving a response from Facebook my team and I conducted several tests of the 2-person broadcast which facebook claims to offer its members. Again, we were unsuccessful at conducting the 2-person broadcast. It even appears as though Facebook has done absolutely nothing, and has no intention of repairing the issue. Please allow me to remind Facebook at this time, that making claims to offer a particular service....that it really doesn't offer is false advertisement. It is also wrong in terms of Ethical Business Practices for Facebook to pick and choose certain members to receive "specific" available services at no additional cost, and deny other members those same services for no apparent reason. This practice is discriminatory. I would appreciate if Facebook would repair this problem as it has already agreed to do so. This has substantially affected our ministry and business endeavors, as we have promoted the 2 person broadcast with known celebrities. I would appreciate if Facebook will repair this issue as soon as possible. Sincerely, [redacted] ***
