Service dept is horrible. I purchased my SUV in December of 2018 and has been in the shop FIVE times with no resolution. I have spoken with the GM as well who is just as bad. I have missed work due to no rental or put in a filthy dirty car (Courtesy of the GM himself) that I had to have cleaned before driving . I have been lied to and given the run around for THREE months now. I was told there was no problems or issues with the truck so I demanded that the service tech go for a ride in which he did and confirmed that I did have issues. Took the truck back for a second time for them to tell me they "Fixed" it and drove it home worse than it was when I took it to them. Took it back for a THIRD time for them to tell me that they have no idea what is wrong and basically that there is nothing else they can do for me after telling me they "Fixed" it after telling me nothing was wrong in the first place. How do you "Fix" something that you said nothing was wrong with and now you can't fix it because you have no idea what is wrong after you told me it was Fixed!!!. I then spoke with the GM and then brought the truck back for a FOURTH time with him. Was told yes I do have an issue with the truck but I will need to bring it back to have it evaluated again and to see if they can resolve the issue. A week or two ago, the truck came up with a new issue that took me almost three weeks to get back in the shop after leaving voicemails that I did not think the truck was safe to drive anymore. Finally after getting the truck in the shop for the FIFTH time, I was then told by the Shop Foreman that the truck was indeed unsafe to drive. I have also had several other issues with the truck that are still unresolved and am still waiting to have them fixed. I am now having to take legal action to see where I stand as I have been taken advantage of, lied to and repeatedly given the run around in and out of the shop. I have only had this truck for three months and have already had it in the shop FIVE times with NO RESOLUTION! It has been the most stressful experience I have ever had!
