My team had an opportunity to reach out to ** *** via phone in regards to her concernsUnfortunately with the members circumstances, we are unable to provide the member with additional reimbursementWe did advise the member that her gym did not submit her information in a timely manner, and she does have the option to follow up with the gymThe member also requested to be reimbursed for her additional time and unfortunately that goes against our corporate policies and we are unable to accommodate that request

I still have not heard from Blue Cross and now also have additional claim and complaint.When I signed up for Blue Cross the first question I asked was if my main caregiver Dr David *** in Chaska MNThey looked it up and told me yes he was in network...so based on that information I signed up for the Blue Print planWhen getting off the phone I also double checked on Dr *** being in network and also found he was in network Blue Cross is now telling me that Dr *** is NOT in network and never was.So I payed around $dollars that went to an out of network deductible according to Blue Cross and I am furious and feel very betrayed during a low in my lifeI am quite sure the conversation was recorded, so I hope that BCBS can go back to the recording and verify thisI am 100% sure about thisI would have never signed up with my primary care giver being out of network.Thank You, *** ***
