Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have received a message reopening my complaint, but it is a generic messaqe and once I tried again and responded they did not respond until today and with a different support person who sent the same generic message about uploading filesI have tried numerous times with the same results and they do no communicate other than sending the same message from different personsI have also uploaded files to the support ticket to be manually verified Sincerely, [redacted]

Federal economic sanctions law prohibits U.Scompanies, such as Bittrex, from engaging in economic transactions with the residents of certain countries, including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimean RegionOur Terms of Service, which users agree to when they sign up, prohibits such individuals from signing up for our serviceIn mid-October of last year, we learned that certain individuals may have signed up for service in violation of law and our Terms of ServiceWhen we learned of this possibility, we immediately suspended certain accounts pending a compliance reviewWe have now completed our compliance review with regard to this customer and have confirmed that they are a resident of a territory, which is on the U.Seconomic sanctions listUnder federal law, this account must remain suspended, pending direction from the U.SOffice of Foreign Assets ControlWe will keep the customer apprised of developments as we receive instructions As a U.S.-based company, Bittrex must be compliant with all U.Slaws and regulationsBecause this situation is beyond the control of Bittrex to resolve, we would ask you to close this complaint

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it makes no sense the response it's just a generic responsethey stated it was my error and that I sent it to the wrong address for another coin(IF THEY READ MY SUPPORT TICKET THEY WOULD KNOW I SENT IT TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND IT DIDN'T INCLUDE THE tag/paymentid/memo/message!which routes it to your walletThey responded to my ticket and was another generic answer still no helpwe are going on WEEKS and I have lost over $dollarsit takes minutes to find the transaction and correct it.(i been working with the blockchain before bittrex was a business) check [redacted] and forumsthey are taking days to respond to people and keeping the money and locking people outyou can do a simple [redacted] search and see hundreds of the same thingbut they saying they" can't do it and I sent it to the wrong address" proves they didn't read the support ticket because sending it to the wrong address & forgetting your MEMO/TAG/PAYMENT ID is totally differentI have attached screen shots from their bittrex support page and will include linkssaying the fix it and all you need to do is send your Hash/ transaction ID and they will fix itand others in the past has had it fixed alsoif you check below I have included links for everything I have stated above I just want my ripple credited like it says they will "NOT THE WRONG ADDRESS THE RIGHT ADDRESS" JUST NO tag/paymentid/memo/message! BITTREX RESPONSE ABOVE:(In an attempt to deposit digital tokens with Bittrex, the individual sent their tokens to the wrong address More specifically, they sent the digital token that they intended to deposit with Bittrex to an address for another digital token.) RESPONSE:THIS IS FALSEI NEVER SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS OR TO A ADDRESS FOR ANOTHER DIGITAL TOKEN IT WAS THE WRONG MEMO/ID/TAG WHICH ROUTES IT TO THE RIGHT WALLET.SO THIS IS HOW YOU KNOW THEY DIDN'T READ THE COMPLAINT WELL OR THE SUPPORT TICKETAND IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY "CAN RECOVER THE FUNDS IF it IS WRONGSO YOU CAN SEE THEY ARE SAYING DIFFERENT STORIES AND NOT EVEN ADDRESSING WHATS WRONG.I ATTACHED A SCREENSHOT WHERE IT SAYS THAT AND INCLUDED A LINK BELOWIF NEEDED I CAN SUPPLY THE HASH AND TRANSACTION ID TO PROVE THEY RECIEVED IT TO THE RESPECTED RIPPLE/XLM Wallets.PROOFS---Bittrex Support Page (Where it states they fix these problems)https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000223912-Where-is-my-... Problems I'm Having /Complaints Of Not Answering Ticket's & Generic Response's Locking People Out Of THIER ACCOUNTS- [redacted] I CAN SEND TONS MORE IF NEEDED and IF YOU CHECK THE SCREENSHOT YOU CAN SEE THEY DO FIX THIS PROBLEM I just want my funds routed to my wallet SENT TO THE RIGHT WALLETNOT THE WRONG WALLET AGAIN I'M TYPING THIS IN CAPS SO THEY CAN SEE IT AND HOPEFULLY READ IT CORRECTLY THIS TIMESincerely, [redacted]

Customer's email is not a valid account on our site and they did not supply us with a ticket numberIf the customer replies with a ticket number or valid email, then we can assist them

We have successfully refunded the customer of their 100k wire transferWe would ask the Revdex.com to please consider this complaint resolved

We have escalated the ticket for manual credit and should be processed soonThe customer should have their missing deposit credited into their account as soon as the manual credit is doneWe ask the Revdex.com to please close this complaint as resolved as the customer will receive their coins

The customer's funds were already credited to their account
