We appreciate your business and do apologize about the discrepancy and inconvenience of this mix-up. We did in fact double-sell this item, and as soon as it was discovered informed all parties. It had sold on eBay via a “Buy-It-Now” format the day prior...
(Wednesday) and again to Mr [redacted] bidding and winning the item via the auction (Thursday). We of course honored the first / original sale to another buyer, and informed Mr. [redacted] of the error and immediately offered to refund all funds, and looked for alternative machines to try and find an amicable solution. We do recognize the waste of time and the inconvenience in this, but please understand it is just an honest mistake and there was no malicious intent of any kind. This is a service we provide to some of the largest equipment companies in the country, such as Sunbelt Rentals, JCB Equipment, Hertz Rentals, etc, and have conducted over 100,000 online auctions over 13 years, and rarely have this type of mix-up (but stuff does happen). We sell used of equipment, so by nature we don’t have a “stock” of machines and every unit is a bit different (all used), so immediately finding an exact replacement can be challenging, but did offer several machines as potential replacements.
We called Mr. [redacted] over the weekend as well, and have been looking for decent replacement units for several days. We have offered several units and have found a replacement machine that Mr. [redacted] feels will be a good substitute. We have agreed to significantly reduce the shipping cost of the replacement unit to match the cost of the original unit. So, hopefully he will receive another similar unit at the same overall price as the first one. Please let us know if you do not feel this is an amicable solution in any way.
I hope this explains the mix-up and the situation. We hope it shows we have really tried to work with Mr [redacted] as we do with all customers to try and do the right thing, and find solutions when something goes wrong. We certainly did make a mistake in this case, but appreciate his working with us to find a reasonable solution.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:We have not been compensated for our loss by Bidadoo auctions.We purchased from Bidadoo in good faith and believed their 100% guarantee that is displayed throughout their website. I believed the 100% guarantee would cover them selling us a stolen piece of equipment.Bidadoo received the police report from me personally on Sept. 10th at which time I also sent an email and left a phone message. I was contacted by I believe their C.E.O. on Sept. 29th Although it has now been 22 days since we sent the police report for the 2nd time it has been several months that Bidadoo has known the equipment was in fact stolen.When the C.E.O. spoke to me by phone he gave no timetable for resolution and said only that they were working with their insurance company. He also mentioned more than once that " We won't hide behind the language in our guarantee ". So apparently their 100% guarantee excuses them for selling stolen goods. I have not been able to find that loophole on their site.Bidadoo has in multiple instances referred to prosecuting the perpetrator, however that does not involve us, we simply purchased equipment from what we believed was a legitimate online auction company with a 100% guarantee. The detective that inspected the Backhoe told us that anyone who looked at the vin number could see that it had obviously been altered, That is Bidadoo's area of expertise but apparently someone on their staff dropped the ball and it looks as though they want us to take the loss.So no, absolutely no this is not resolved and until we are fairly compensated for our loss this complaint will remain open.Sincerely,[redacted]

bidadoo has cooperated with all parties and authorities in the resolution of this case since the beginning. bidadoo recently received the police report and documents and have since been in touch with the buyer and the companies insurance providers to provide a resolution for the buyer,...
as well as use all resources to prosecute the offender(s).

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The offer I received was for half of cost of repair from a Licensed Electrician. I have the email from Amanda S[redacted] at Bidadoo Auctions Logistics verifying this offer of $1000. for the damage and also an email from the shipper that is urging me to take that offer! The offer to return the item to Phoenix which is 240 miles away for the purchase price only is really not an offer at all as I paid more for shipping already than the machine was purchased for. I paid $2388 for shipping here and about $2000 for the machine. If I return it to Phoenix, it will cost me more in freight expense. Add that to the $2388 I already paid in freight and I will have no machine and be out approximately $3500 for doing business with Bidadoo Auctions!! There was not 3 disputes settled at all in their favor. Here is what happened: I complained to [redacted] first as Bidadoo is an [redacted] seller, they said that they do not handle claims for freight on used equipment and urged me to file a dispute on [redacted]. [redacted] did open a dispute however since Bidadoo requires you to pay for the item with a wire transfer and only allows you to pay for freight through [redacted], You are stuck. [redacted] will only handle the dispute if you purchased the item through them as well as freight. This is the scam they are running. You cannot dispute a wire transfer and [redacted] wont handle the freight only dispute. They have acknowledged that they and their freight company damaged the item. This is very clear. I want the item in the condition I purchased it in or all my money back. Why should I pay more to return it to them to receive only half of the total back? It is not the purchase I am disputing, it is the damage from shipping. Refund the shipping amount and I will have the machine repaired and be happy or give me the purchase price and the shipping I paid and come get the machine. Bidadoo Auctions said that they “ We were able to work with the reputable shipping company and secure a freight claim reimbursement for the assessed damages. “The damages were assessed by a Licensed Electrician in the State of Arizona and found to be $2016.25. If they are offering that, I accept. Send me the money to repair the machine and I will gladly go away. The fact is that, No one else has come to assess the damage. The only offer I got was for $1000 from Amanda S[redacted] at Bidadoo Logistics and that was apparently from the pictures of the damage that I sent to them! Did they assess the damage from a picture? Would a reputable shipping company assess damage without looking at the machine or having a qualified individual evaluate the damage? Please pay for the damage done in shipping to the machine as quoted by a qualified Licensed Electrician.[redacted]
