I ordered private shipping for $750 since their shipping quote was around $2000. I received the excavator to find out it had hydraulic leaks in multiple places and a dead battery.
I contacted bidadoo that its a new item and should not have issues, but they told me to tighten the bolts for the hydraulic lines and they did not want any resolution and ignored the dead battery and my messages after. Ebay is a partner with bidadoo and if you leave a negative feedback, it will be removed right away which gives a license to bidadoo to scam buyers and show up with %99.9 feedback which is kind of unlawful.
The other smaller items, the nail guns, I had to pay $50/each handling fees on top of the shipping even though they arrived with no packaging.

bidadoo has cooperated with all parties and authorities in the resolution of this case since the beginning bidadoo recently received the police report and documents and have since been in touch with the buyer and the companies insurance providers to provide a resolution for the buyer, as well as use all resources to prosecute the offender(s)

As per our conversation when you tried to return this unit, it is and was not returned in the
same condition
The unit was returned damaged, as far as we could tell the unit was driven hard and was returned covered with mulch inside and out of operator and engine compartmentsThe tires were changed out and reversed from what we could tell from auction photoThe unit also has a considerable amount of additional hours put on it
The customer requested on his own to have a third party equipment repair facility do an inspection on the unit to locate issueHe was advised by us and the repair facility he would liable for inspection fees and he agreed to have it done
The repair facility found drive chain had broken and bolts on drive motor sheared off probably from over use in the soft mulch customer was driving in when unit broke
Your item is still at the facility incurring storage fees
Please contact the facility to have your storage fees paid and have your item removed from the location

the reputable shipping company and secure a freight claim reimbursement for the assessed damages. The buyer declined this reimbursement and wanted to keep the machine vsreturning it to our PHX location for a full refund of the purchase price. The buyer on this unit called us upon completion of the sale and informed us that they had purchased the unit in error and that it did not suit their needs. At this time, he mentioned there was nothing mechanically wrong with the unit. We informed him that we only accept returns on units that...
are “not as described,” and not due to buyer’s remorse. As a consignment seller we have to fairly represent both our buyers and sellers, and did not offer a return due to the buyer stating that there was nothing wrong with the machine at the time. Instead to help solve the situation and as a service, bidadoo offered to re-sell the item for him at a reduced commission rate. The buyer agreed to resell the item and to the terms, and we performed a re-inspection of the machine for resale of the machine. Our inspectors re-inspected the machine and did what they felt was an accurate description of the machine. The nature of used equipment is that there is subjectivity in the process and things do go wrong with machines – particularly when they are over 15 year old such as this machine. Unfortunately the machine did sell for less money the second time, due to the volatility of auctions and the modification of the inspection information. As a true auction, we do not have control over the final sales values of our auction listings. With over 100,000 machines sold, we try to be completely transparent with the information between both sides. We do sincerely appreciate the frustration of Mr [redacted], and we were only trying to be fair to both the buyer and the seller (we have 2 customers in this transaction), running a completely fair and truthful auction process, as well as trying to be completely transparent with inspection information.
