I am rejecting this response because: Hello,A technician did not come outThe freezer stopped workingI called geeksquad and an appt was made to repairThe agent told me to unplug and plug in the fridge and the freezer started workingThe appointment was cancelledThe food did spoil because of this and the agent said the items would be reimbursedThe Best Buy agents should be trained properly before stating the customer will be reimbursedThe representative was well aware of all the detailsHe was aware that no repairs were actually made
