The work that was done at our residence was exceptional! The crew was efficient, courteous, Expedient and very professional! they took great measures to ensure that I was informed of the progress of the work through every step of the way, and we're ready to improvise their plans with a well thought strategy when they needed to make what was planned to be installed more efficient. In all, I highly recommend them! Steve Odell, Dylan, Devon and Dre are a credit to their company!

We invited Bdry to take a look at our crawl space and the water problem we've been having with it since we moved in 15 years ago. The BDry rep, Chris G., who came to our house, gave us a detailed description of the source of our water problem and BDry's solution, what it would cost and the work it would entail. Since the way water enters a crawl space is a mystery to the untrained eye (and my eye has no training whatsoever) I really appreciated all of the time Chris was willing to spend with us explaining where the water was coming from and what BDry would do about it. He came to our house at 2pm and he left around 5:30 leaving us a lot smarter and with a written proposal in hand, which on the following day was followed up by a typed proposal. Since this is an important and not inexpensive undertaking, we need to consider multiple proposals and haven't yet committed to BDry, but their efforts so far have made a very good impression.

Our representative Greg arrived on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had and explained how the job would be done in detail. We were very pleased with B-Dry and would recommend their company to anyone in need of waterproofing.

I had a project that had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic lockdown. GM Matt Golonka went above my expectations to get the project restarted. The Project Lead Richard and supporting crew member Roland did an excellent job completing the project on time and within budget.

BDry came promptly when we called to report a sump pump problem. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and put in an order for a new pump. Four days later, I got a call that they would come the following early morning to install the new pump. Charlie and Juan arrived right on time, explained what they were doing and efficiently installed the new pump within half an hour, tested it and demonstrated to me how it was working correctly, left our garage spic and span in less than an hour's time. New pump and service all covered under warranty - no questions asked. Very impressed with their service.

My foreman, Richard, and his crew, Rodney and Nicholas, did an "AMAZING" job! They worked for three days in a non-airconditioned crawl space with outside temperatures in the mid to high 90's. Richard was "fabulous." He was always polite, courteous, and cheerful. He knows his job and does it well. He has a wonderful personality that fits right in with the many customers he has to deal with on a regular basis that have their own personalities and temperments. He represents BDry very well. I was truly blessed to have him assigned to encapsulate my crawl space. Thank you Richard, Rodney, and Nicholas! I could not be any happier.

All around Excellent service. From the sales rep to the install crew everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They even fit our job into an already packed schedule. This is my second time using B-Dry. I had a problem in my previous home and they were outstanding then so I used them for this job. I actually interviewed and got estimates from a couple of competitors but so happy I went with them again. Bdry foreman and three crews were Richard, Isaiah, Chase, and Rodney, they are very excellent workers and Richard had me more involve to keep me informed that I learned something new. They were so wonderful to me as I am deaf homeowner. I feel they are like family to me and they worked so hard and want to finish. I served them some pastry and drinks to make them feel comfortable. They worked to make sure everything is right, not hurry. I will recommend Bdry to people if need having basement waterproofing, I want to send you picture that I told them to write word on topping. They cleaned out everything. I am VERY impressed. I cannot thank them enough. I thanked I have best foreman and crew..............
