Over months and miles ago doesn't sound within reason to advertise just serviced Additionally, how does that account for the damaged clutch, cracked coils, cracked coolent reservoir and overfilled transmission fluid? I am rejecting this response because: not all service contracts have been confirmed as refunded as requestedOnce the final contract has been refunded and I have received notice that it has been refunded to *** Car Finance, then it will be acceptableThe car was totaledThe dealership was notified, via e-mail contact with Ms *** ***, that it was totaled and that I needed to cancel all warranties and plans back in MayI submitted paperwork as per her instructionsIf there was a warranty or a service contract that was missed, it should have been identified back then and not just this month (November)Car purchase contracts are not easy to read by an individual who does not deal with them on a daily basisThe dealership should have been a little more proactive in getting this taken care of in the interest of customer service.

I show that we cancelled his Service Contract on 12/12/2016 with Subaru and they calculated his refund based on their refund policy to be $982.60. They calculate...

it based on 84% unused miles and 68% unused months, less a $50 cancellation fee. We have asked Subaru on behalf of Mr. [redacted] complaint to make an exception and refund the full purchase price but unfortunately they will not do it. The vehicle is 10 years old and was fully serviced.  See attached service RO with work completed.  The customer was offered an extended warranty to protect against unforeseen problems on a 10 year old automobile and they declined.  The vehicle was fully disclosed "as-is" due to 10...

The manuals that were on back order were received and sent to the customer. The warranty contracts were emailed and signed by the customer. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: what is the reasonable timeframe for just serviced claim?  Over 10 months and 6000 miles ago doesn't sound within reason to advertise just serviced.   Additionally, how does that account for the damaged clutch, cracked coils, cracked coolent reservoir and overfilled transmission fluid?  Again, sounds like false advertising in my eyes.

In response to Mr. [redacted]s request for a breakdown of what was included in the aftermarkets I have listed the Aftermarket contents and how much was refunded. I do not show any record of the prepaid maintenance being cancelled so I will file a cancellation request today.Aftermarkets:Multishield- $913.00 was paid $640.52 was refundedLost Key- $399.00 was paid $287.70 was refundedWindshield protection- $550.00 was paid $381.04 was refundedWindow Tint- $499.00 was paid , this is not an item that can be cancelledPrepaid Maintenance $2260.00 was paid . Cancellation was submitted today.As a separate item Mr. [redacted] paid $2996.00 for an extended service contract and his lender was issued a refund for $2436.68.Thank You,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I wholly disagree with the statement of fact from the dealership.  My wife was never quoted $1,900 either verbally or in writing.  Furthermore there is absolutely no proof provided in regards to a signed pre-service estimate or recorded verbal agreement on the phone pertaining to their stated quote.  Our entire agreement to this service occurred based upon a quoted price of $1,075 for the brake service.  This is a matter I have attempted to resolve first through direct contact with the service department, which has gone unanswered, and secondly through the Revdex.com.  I will continue to exercise all available options of recourse, including the courts as necessary to seek the return of the disputed money.  Furthermore, as a result of the severe distaste left with me pertaining to the unethical practices demonstrated by both Audi as a company, and this dealership I have traded the vehicle to a different brand with significantly better customer service.

The vehicle, Vin # [redacted] was towed to our dealership on July 14th 2017 after being involved in a fire. Since the vehicle had fire damage we told the customer to contact his insurance company. The customer contacted his insurance company and was told that the vehicle is totaled. The...

customer then ask us to try and find the cause of the fire. Without dismantling the front of the vehicle my lead master mechanic said in his opinion the vehicle had radiator damage that caused the vehicle to overheat. The vehicle had overheated so severely from driving it that oil had leaked out of the heat damaged engine and had ignited. The customer ask us to dismantle the front of the car and remove the radiator to look for the cause of the damage. We quoted the customer $650 to tear into the vehicle but the customer declined. Even if the customer would have agreed to pay we would still have to have the insurance companies permission since they owned the vehicle. The customer was provided with the full estimate for the brakes over the phone that she fully approved.  The brakes were not quoted to her as so much for parts and so much for labor.  That was never even mentioned.  She was told she needed brakes and rotors and was actually quoted...

just over $1900 for that job.  She approved.  Her final bill came out less at only $1700.  There was ABSOLUTELY nothing deceptive about how she was quoted and the work that she approved.  Audi North Austin will not make any concessions towards this false claim.  Again over $1900 estimate was quoted to her and she approved, and we only billed $1700 and came in under estimate.
