It is currently May 26th and has been 19 days since I placed my order. The sketchy tracking information they gave me shows it has been sitting in China since May 12th and has not moved at all. Every time I contact their customer service email I get some generic, lengthy response that says the product is on its way. Must have shipped it with 60 day row boat service. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND PURCHASE OFF AMAZON OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE SOURCE!!!!
Don't buy! Son was disappointed in headphones and they told me I can't return b/c they weren't damaged! That's not a reason! Stay away!!
My complete stupidity on trusting something, I should have checked them out. However, Balma, Jess/Shawn got my money, sent email to me saying it's about to ship. 6 weeks later, and countless emails between us! No product and they got my money!!!

Please realize that one star is the worst rating you can give on a review. Zero stars is not an option or that's what I would've given them. Phone number is not a working number and email address must not be either because it won't send. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

They charged me for a product I ordered and I never received it. I tried to contact them through their site and there phone numbers and emails did not work. Definitely a scam company and I don't understand how they are allowed to stay in business.

If I could give this so-called company a negative star rating I absolutely would. I placed my order 3-27-2020. It's now 5-24-2020 and still no product. Yes they will take your money and you won't ever receive the product. I have sent numerous emails which are answered with a form-letter. DON'T do business with these scammers!!!

I can accept that there are delays with the current situation on happening across the country. I'll give it more time
Their phone number and contact us imformation are both out if service. I can't contact them for information about my order.
Place the order on 5/13/2020 and did receive a confirmation email with the order number (#XXXXXX) but not a tracking number. I tried to call them today and their phone is no longer in service and the email "contact us" feature does not work. I paid $44.92 on my debit card and would like the product I paid for. They promptly took the payment out of my account and it is unacceptable that I have no way to contact them to see the status of my order and when I should receive it. I notice that they do not do refunds after reading over some of the other complaints posted here. It's unethical not to return someone's money if the product they ordered is not supplied. They need to make that policy clear to people when ordering from their site. If I would have known that I would never have ordered from them. I want the product I paid fir or my money returned. It's just that simple.
I want the product or a refund. I noticed it took some time for some of the other complaints to be resolved and that's not right. I want this resolved in a timely manner. I don't often splurge on things for myself but I decided to on this and I am very disappointed I am having to do this.

Until I receive the product I ordered I am reluctant to close this claim. I would be more than happy to after I have received the product I ordered.
I was scammed as well!! I wish I did more research before purchasing exercise equipment. I'm not sure how they are still allowed to have a website with a store after all of these scams. I'm furious.

I ordered a elephant Bobby pillow for my newborn over a month ago I never received it and can't get in contact with them.
I tried calling them and the number says the number is no longer in service, I tried to send them a email and it won't allow me to send it. I really this company is scamming people out of their hard earned money.

I ordered exercise bands from Balma Home on 3/27/20, order# XXXXX. They withdrew payment on my account on 3/30/20. To this day, 5/18/20, I still have not received the product and refuse to refund me. They have given me a tracking number numerous times with different tracking websites. The most recent website indicates it still has not shipped. The tracking number is LYXXXXXXXXXCN and the recent tracking site is *** Everytime I have attempted to call nobody answers their service number and I had to continuously email them in order to get any response.
I would either like the product immediately, guaranteed or a full refund.

Ripped off by bogus company Balma Homes security services.
Placed a order on May 6, 2020 for a home security system. Charged 29.92 to my credit card and was given a tracking number XXXXXX. On today after receiving no information regarding my purchase l attempted to contact the company via email as well as the contact number provided to me. Both forms of contact are bogus and rendered no new information. Feeling like I had been scammed I began to read the reviews on this company and found that everyone of the reviews validated my exact complaint. I am livid and very perturbed to think how with this pandemic that is currently affecting our country, finances, and my lack of non employment that this company has the audacity to scam people. Wish I knew how to contact the Feds as well!!
