I received a NEW [redacted] camera for Christmas 2014, she purchased it from [redacted] .ca.
In the last month the Flash has stopped working.
There was notification in the packaging that the warranty was 12 months.
I contacted Panasonic and they told me, Quote" we don't cover articles purchased on [redacted]. unquote.
The camera was brand new, therefore should the warranty be covered.
I am very disappointed with this company and will avoid Panasonic altogether with anything electronic.
