Delivery crew damaged door while bringing in furniture
On 3/5/ I purchased a sofa, chair, ottaman and piece dining set, sales order # ***We paid for delivery for 3/17/When the said items were delivered, there was some damage to one of the sofa arms there was also a stripped bolt in one of the dining chairs.We called the store where we made the purchaseLocated at cortez BlvdBrooksville, Flwith our concerns at that time the store stated they would replace damaged itemsExchange ticket # ***On 3/24/the delivery crew returned with items to be exchangedUpon bringing the items into the home they damaged the new set of vinyl sliding doors, screen and door frame that was just installed (see attached photos of damage) I brought this to there attention so they took there cell phone and took some pictures, told us they would let the store know about the damageI called the store and no one knew of our concern, I called Badcock on 3/26/@ 3:

I purchased two tablets from Badcock on 12/23/The salesman Jeff asked if I wanted to get a replacement warrantyI asked what the warranty coveredHe indicated for three years, cracks, drops, etcI took a tablet back into the store in March of They ordered a new one and it was replacedI went into the store on 11/22/to have the other tablet replaced due to cracksI spoke with Jeff who stated that I needed to contact manufactuerI asked why since it had been done in store beforeHe was rude and no longer helpfulI left the store with a sour taste for this husinessI called the tablet company they stated I needed warranty contract numberI called storeSpoke with Lilia who stated she was a managerShe check my file and stated I purchase a*** warranty to the one year I already had with purchaseI told her I was tech savvy and would never do thatShe stated my issue was a training issue that would be addressedShe stated I will return a xall to our on Satur

We purchased a sofa and love seat set and when the items were delivered the love seat was rippedThe store replaced the love seat but they delivered two love seats instead of one sofa and one love seatWhen I realized this I told the guy bringing them in our home that this was incorrect and we had purchased a sofa and matching love seatNOT TWO LOVE SEATSHe explained to me that what he had delivered was correct and that they 'look the same' now a daysAfter investigating this matter, the delivery guy was totally untruthfulWe contacted the local store and the owner of the store said, "Oh that makes since because I'm showing in my inventory that I should have a love seat but I don't physically have one" He said the style we purchased was discontinued and he would try and find a matching sofa at a different storeHe called back and said he couldn't find one and there was nothing he could doWe are very dissatisfied with this local store and also the corporate office because we

Damaged material delivered and installed incorrectlyLied to numerous times by staff and cussed at by store manager
We had a delivery/order brought to our home where the delivery team damaged the mattress during the delivery (didn't mention/tried to hide) and they installed the bed frame incorrectly (again tried to hide) During the second delivery a damaged dresser was brought to our homeWhen we contacted the store the district manager was there and she agreed to remove all delivery fees and if we would keep the mattress she would credit the account for 20% of the order for the way things were handled by the delivery team and our inconvenience When I went back to the store to pay my first payment I requested a copy showing the credit had been issued, there was nothing there, again I was told they were sorry and the credit would be issued When I went in to make the payment again there was no credit issued and I was told again they were sorry and would get that for me I told

why would I pay for delivery of furniture when I live mile from the store? I spent over $and when I asked why should I pay $for them to bring it to me, this is the last time I will buy anything from them, I usually buy from a local store that has free delivery and I can get a better price on the same furnitureThe only reason I purchased the furniture is because my wife wanted it, never again will I pay for service that is free from my home town store

Poor service and warranty repair
This review is for the mount airy North Carolina store 27030.I called for warranty service and it took days for a repairman to come to my home after days it took more days for my part to get orderedI was now told it may take two or three weeks for the part to come in and it will be shipped to the storeWhen it comes to the store in two or three weeks I will have to call again for another service call to have a man install that partI'm not sure why I have to go and get the part for the repairman to install it that's not much service at allAnd also I will be pushing days from my first call to get this couch repaired this is unacceptable and very poor customer serviceI have not had no luck or support from the local store or store management.None of these time frames or travel for repair parts was issued or imagined when I paid for this warranty product and none of this was also mentioned from management when they sold me this warranty

Not reporting I paid off furniture
The furniture was paid off I have the receipt and I spoke with Patricia a supervisor at life south She said badcock said I owed and that's what they paid plus I paid over as wellThe supervisor is sending payment history on furniture

My wife and I purchased a sofa, love seat, adjustable bed and mattress from Badcock in Marion, NC The sofa was damaged and the love seat was defective When the furniture was delivered one of the delivery men sexually assaulted my wife, then returned unannounced the next day and was banging on the windows and jumping up to look into my bedroom window When my wife contacted the store about this she was yelled at and hung up on The store refused to make good on the furniture and the warranty that we paid for There was not even an apology made by the store owner The living room furniture was returned by the day policy but I was not refunded my down payment made on my credit card Also the amount owed to the company on my statement is not correct This is a privately owned establishment and corporate has not been helpful in resolving these issues

I purchased a Poulan Pro riding mower on 03/02/2018.It was supposed to be delivered on March 2018.It was delivered on March 2018.They installed the seat and steering wheel on it.I tried starting it on 04/27/2018.Smoke started coming from front of it.I looked under the front and there was an oil leak.I tried calling the store and they gave me a run around.I called times and and the fourth time they took my name and phone number.I have a warranty on it

We purchased a living room from badcock located in memorial Hwy on tampa florida,***, we was told that no interest was going to be charged until after year of payment

Purchased multiple items 10/23/15.From sales rep QuincyItems were paid for on Badcock accountProblems: 1) Ripped upon delivery; when replacement arrived driver refused to get entire sofa off of truck instead unscrewed damaged section and attached new section to old sofa, 2) technician came to check rippling on seat cushions, instead of sewing down stated I would need to unzip fabric and flatten every time this happened, 3) filling in all arms of sofa and loveseat is so flat wood can be felt poking thru, to the extent throw pillows must be used to rest arms while sittingItem #*** $and #*** $are the problem itemsI have also been told verbally by Kara (a store rep) this set has been discontinued for problems

I will never buy from this store again! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I thought I was saving myself from all the hassle of ordering online buying local Wrong I purchased a dining set that I was told had been returned Had a few scratches One chair had to be repaired It was also discontinued For the price, I thought why not, has to be a deal NOT So a week later it finally arrives and it's not here minutes before a leg completely snaps off from scooting it over like an inch Not to another room Literally barely moved it I get told it takes people to move a table, any table like that is going to break if not No understanding from the manager that it broke, didn't want to take it back On top of that It's a 20% fee to send it back On top of delivery Which the lady made sure to mention more than once that I got a break on since it's for one item and for more than one I'm sorry but it's a set that took you less than minutes to deliver and pick up It's not heavy Already assembled I paid to deliver for them to come pick it up which she failed to tell me when I asked what I was getting back total and I get back I thought I was getting a deal Now I've wasted and had to deal with the least customer service friendly manager I've ever met NEVER AGAIN Please don't shop here You might as well go to *** and build it yourself I wish I had read the reviews

On April 6, my wife and I purchased a dell touch all in one desktop computer for the first couple of days it worked properly then it started blanking out, then it locked and she could not get in it with my passwordWe took it back to badcock they checked it and then decided to give us another one.My wife is the main user of this computerWe were asked to take it back home and bring it back the following week because they were having inventory and the computer was not a part of itSo we did as told we took it back and they ordered us another computerThe exchange was on 4/23/once we received the new computer the keyboard stopped working we took it back and got the old keyboard from the original computer because my wife knew that one was working she tried it the keyboard still did not work so she called and spoke to Jeff the salesperson that made the original sale he told my wife to call the dell number because we have a one year warrantyShe did so and they sent us a new ke
