I was forced to accept the 50% refund because "that's all they could do;" the representative was pushing me into not even contacting my bank about the charges. I revisited the website I purchased the trial on and the full purchase price was hidden in a small link at the bottom. It would be better business practice to have these important details easily viewable to consumers. If you send me a prepaid label, I would be happy to return the unopened products.Thank you, Revdex.com! I seriously appreciate your effort to protect us consumers!
